The bus was old and quite dirty. No possibility to charge phone and no reading light. This would not be a problem on shorter trip but this was a 12 hour ride.

We thought we had booked first class 4-bed but when we got there we realised our ticket was a 6 bed hard sleeper. I think maybe the one we booked was not available once it was confirmed but overall it was fine. The compartment was clean although the train arrived nearly two hours late.

The bus wasn't cleaned before we boarded and you could smell the toilet from the back of the bus. We did get a 3 seater cabin to ourselves ( 2 people ) so that was a plus.
