Parisa BThis was by far the best bus service I have ever received. Everything is easy, smooth, and professional. The staff are SUPER KIND and HELPFUL. The whole journey looks like a flight but on a bus. You will have meals as well. They took extra care for me and waited for me at the border since I was traveling with a weak passport. 100% worth the price for their service c. Thank you so much

Cecilie GLong and unclear. We had to switch buses twice and we spend 2 hours at a food stop, which meant we almost didn’t cross the boarder before it closed. And that the million stops we had along the way, delivering packages and picking up things, would make us 3 hours late. Meaning the trip was not 9 hours, but 12.

Leonora PVery friendly and helpful service!! I was unable to take my bus on the planned date due to sickness, but they offered to postpone my departure date by a few days. I’m so happy and thankful! Would recommend!!

Hafid D+ they picked us up at the hotel
+ we had enough stops
- the bus was not made for number of passengers and 1 luggage each
- after the lunch, we switched to way smaller and different buses with not enough space. Luggage’s were piled up between passengers. Any accident would have ended badly in terms of escape and luggages flying around
- at the border we were left on our own without proper communication
- after the border we were then all put together in another bus. Although the driver in Laos was a very careful and good driver, it was not comfortable. On of our kids has to sit on our knees although we had to pay full seat.
-we arrived at 20:00 instead of planned 17:30 and to cancel hotel that we could not reach at own cost!

Khulan BSiem Reap to Pakse changed 3 vans. Because of all those transport we arrived 3 hours late. They picked me up and took me to Sarah transport which was confusing because I booked from Garuda.
If you are crossing the border from Cambodia to Laos the officers on Laos side ask you for 5$ which obviously goes to their pocket. I read if you refuse and stand your ground they eventually let you through but you will have to wait like 10mins or so. I also read it is supposed to be 0.4$ officially for the arrival paper

Arkadiusz NWe arrived almost 4h later than was on scheduled. Immigration went smoothly for our group but we have been waiting an hour for another group. Advertising it as an 8h journey it’s missinforation on purpose. Without imigration by normal car takes over 9h! Additionally I changed the buses 4 times!!!

Manel HThe trip was ok. We had a delay but was not a big deal. I give the 3 stars because in the drop over near the laosian border, one guy tried us to convince to exchange money for a rate that was a bit abusive, telling us there were no ATM in Pakse ( not true )

Danai MThe seats were very comfortable, the bathroom clean and the snacks pretty good.
We were well taken care of.
I was shown to the wrong bus by another company, and the staff kindly called me looking for me and helped me find them.
