Abbiamo dovuto cambiare autobus sotto la pioggia nel bel mezzo del viaggio. Inoltre, l'autobus si è fermato per molto tempo per motivi sconosciuti.
Siamo arrivati a destinazione con 1,5 ore di ritardo rispetto a quanto dichiarato.

Sono rimasto sorpreso quando un mini bus (bus navetta) ci ha prelevato con un'ora e mezza di ritardo e poi in poche ore ci ha fatto scendere al bus da 34 posti.
Per farla breve.
Inglese pessimo o per meglio dire nessun inglese. La signora al punto di raccolta è stata scortese e non ci ha aiutato per niente.
L'atteggiamento era molto scortese e dava l'impressione che fossimo in debito con loro.

I’ve been surprised when a mini bus (shuttle bus) picked us up with delay one and a half hours then in a few hours they dropped us to the 34 seater bus.
Long story short.
Very bad English or to say no English at all. The lady at the pick up place was unkind and not helpful at all.
The attitude was very rude and build impression that we owed them something.

Il viaggio in autobus è stato puntuale, abbastanza confortevole e con un buon prezzo per quello che era. L'unica lamentela è stata che il bagno a bordo aveva un odore davvero orribile, ma ci siamo seduti verso il fondo dell'autobus e questo potrebbe aver peggiorato la situazione.

The bus ride was on time and was pretty comfortable and well priced for what it was. Only complaint was that the bathroom onboard smelt really horrible but we sat towards to back of the bus so that may have made it worse.

La corsa era in realtà gestita da Camel Travel, non da Techbus. Non so se sia normale su questa tratta o se Techbus avesse poche prenotazioni e le abbia trasferite o altro. È la prima volta che mi succede in Vietnam. Ho cercato di evitare Camel Travel a causa di tutte le recensioni negative, ma in realtà il viaggio è andato bene. Il cambio di autobus a Hue è stato un po' confuso perché nessuno parla abbastanza bene l'inglese per darti informazioni. C'erano anche persone sedute nei corridoi su entrambi gli autobus, prima e dopo Hue, il che è stato un po' strano. Tuttavia, non ci sono stati grossi problemi. Il mio problema principale è che avrei potuto prenotare direttamente con Camel Travel su vexere per 250k in meno e in più sono stato costretto ad acquistare l'inutile pacchetto assicurativo su 12go. Non userò mai più questo sito web. Che senso ha se non si sa chi opererà il viaggio e i prezzi sono più alti?

The ride was actually operated by Camel Travel, not Techbus. Not sure if this is normal on this route or if Techbus had just a few bookings and transferred them or whatever. First time this happened to me in Vietnam. I tried to avoid Camel Travel because of all the bad reviews, but the trip was actually alright. The change of buses in Hue was a bit confusing because no one speaks English well enough to give you information. We also had people sitting in the aisles on both buses, before and after Hue, which was a bit weird. No major problems though. My main issue is that I could have booked directly with Camel Travel on vexere for 250k less and additionally was forced to buy the unnecessary insurance pack on 12go. I will never use this website again. What’s the point if you don’t know who’s actually gonna operate your trip and the prices are higher?

Sebbene prenotato come T Bus, il viaggio non era con la compagnia o l'autobus indicato. Il giorno prima abbiamo ricevuto un messaggio WhatsApp che ci informava che l'autobus sarebbe stato Queen Cafe. Eravamo scettici perché avevamo avuto un'esperienza negativa con Queen Bus, ma questo autobus era un VIP sleeper e abbiamo fatto un buon viaggio anche se siamo arrivati alle 4 del mattino invece che alle 6 come pubblicizzato.

Although booked as T Bus journey wasn't with the company or bus shown. We received a WhatsApp message the day before advising bus would be Queen Cafe. We were sceptical as we had a poor experience previously with Queen Bus, however this bus was VIP sleeper and we had a good journey although arrived at 4am rather than 6am as advertised

Il peggior viaggio in autobus che abbiamo fatto finora in Vietnam. L'autobus era sovraffollato e abbiamo trascorso le prime 2 ore a terra nonostante avessimo pagato lo stesso prezzo di tutti gli altri. L'autobus era molto vecchio e l'odore all'interno era terribile. Il luogo di prelievo indicato nel PDF non era corretto. Per fortuna la fermata dell'autobus era a pochi minuti a piedi. L'autobus è venuto a prenderci con 1 ora di ritardo.

Worst bus journey we’ve taken so far in Vietnam. The bus was oversold and we spent the first 2 hours on the ground despite paying the same price as everyone else. Bus was really old and the smell inside was awful. The pickup location given in the PDF was incorrect. Luckily the actual bus stop was only a few minutes walk. The bus was 1 hour late to pick us up too.

L'autobus era molto in ritardo; i bambini sull'autobus erano così rumorosi. Abbiamo dovuto scendere dall'autobus e cambiarlo, ma non ci è stato detto nulla. Abbiamo dovuto aspettare altri 40 minuti per il secondo autobus. L'autista del secondo autobus era pericoloso.

The bus was very late; the children on the bus were so loud. We had to get off the bus and switch to another, but we were not told about it. We had to wait another 40 minutes for the second bus. The driver of the second bus was dangerous.

The bus itself looked brand new, cabin was clean and modern. Bus arrived 30 mins late which wasn’t too bad. However, the driver speeds making every bump in the road and every turn throwing you side to side a guarantee to keep you up the entire time, I only managed to sleep about 15 minutes max. They also kept opening up the cabin curtain and then closing it. So, it’s a way to get you from A to B, but do not rely on getting any sleep.

The bus was late, and there was no way to charge a phone or wifi in the bus, but otherwise, the travel went well, we had a bathroom stop and they provided blanket and water 🙂
