All'inizio non volevano farci salire sulla barca nonostante il nostro biglietto prenotato a causa dell'overbooking, poi ha funzionato, poi la barca era rotta e abbiamo dovuto cambiare barca a Nusa Penida, 1 ora di ritardo, sedili molto stretti, finestre che perdevano, i nostri bagagli erano in parte completamente bagnati e sono stati gettati sul molo all'arrivo.

First we had to wait, and left the meeting point a bit too late. Then we drove to mangrove point, hoped in a small boat and left for Nusa Penida all the way on the other side. 30 min at least where we all got soaking wet. Then we needed to change to a large boat, which was ok, if we not had been soaking wet as it was really cold in that boat. We were 1 hour late in total. Not ok experience to leave from Nusa Lembongan.

Had a great experience traveling with them from Lembongan til Gili Air. I was the only one traveling with them from there and they were so nice and welcoming. Doing the trip they handed out seasick tablets and the carried my bag on and off the boat. Would recommend.

It was freezing cold on this boat and staff was not even around to ask to change it. It felt like being trapped in a freezer. And the trip was 3h instead of 2h.
