We got to what we thought was the pier, to be told to stay seated for the boat to ko lanta. To be honest the ladies who worked at the pier mentioned were rude and careless. Luckily we thought to triple check we were in the right place (as there is no signage) and asked a gentleman who told us we were at the wrong pier and had to run to the next pier within 1 minute to catch our van. These ladies inconvenienced us greatly and simply shrugged when i told them this was not good enough. More signage would have been very helpful. Van was comfortable enough but there are queues to catch the 15 minute ferry from pier to pier.

The ferry don’t leave at designated time it was 40 minutes later. Also the boarding seemed a little chaotic

The trip itself went along the expected route and in the expected time, althouth the vehicle was much weared and overcrowded. We were afraid that our baggage may get smashed inside the pile of others' bags.

Pretty straightforward. Ferry-only tickets, like we had, are available but still B500. I think these should be significantly cheaper if you don’t want the minivan option. Notice that there weren’t lifejackets for all passengers, and safety signs were absent. Meanwhile upper floor windows had all been permanently shut. Our boat followed the schedule given by 12go, but some passengers seemed to think we were 1 hr late and so were coaxed into buying more expensive taxi tickets by the on-board seller who told them we were ‘late’ because we were overloaded with passengers. (We weren’t, but appeared almost at capacity with almost no spare seats.)

4 hour delay setting off. We didn’t receive much of an apology for this and then a faulty engine meant we didn't reach our destination even later until 14:00. We paid for a more expensive speedboat ticket to arrive at 10:15 so this experience has been disappointing. I know things happen that are out of anyone's control but an offer of even a part refund would have been appreciated. The only reason for 2 stars instead of 1 is because of the lady at the tiger line office in Krabi, she was very nice and helpful and even saved us from being put on a boat to the wrong destination after I showed someone from another company my ticket and they gave me a sticker and said get on that boat over there. If we had, we would have ended up in the wrong place. Luckily the tiger line lady realised and corrected us!
