Sebastiano MNot only badly organized (lack of communication, late departure and different pick up point from the one communicated) but just highly dangerous. The driver was constantly texting while driving and being on his phone, overtaking left and right and really just put everyone in danger multiple times.

Bela WIt was frustrating that the booked vehicle did not show up at the pick-up point and especially, that I received no information about the next options directly from your office. I had to find some friendly Vietnamese people with their sim card to call your Hotline and ask for English speaking assistance. From that point you tried and finally managed to connect me to another tour so that I reached my destination with quite a delay - but was directly taken to my hotel. Delays can happen, but I wish for a better communication and information from your side!

Andreu SThe driver arrived 1 hour late to Halong.
Once at Halong, the driver drove past by destination announced for the trip (Tuan Chau). We couldn't understand where he was heading instead, so we finally had to pay the driver some money to bring us to our hotel.
During the trip, there was a continuous "beeping" in the van. We don't know what it was, but it was very annoying.

Ana CThe limousine bus was comfortable and they arranged a pick up service at our hotel for no extra charge. The driver was a bit reckless though and in the end, after telling us they would update our drop off to our next hotel, the driver just told us to leave at the original drop-off. Not cool.

Alexander MThere was poor communication with pickup location and Reckless driving. Also the driver seemed to be sick (cold/flu?). We did not feel safe. In addition, the vehicle was not in good working order. None of the USB ports worked and it broke down several times on the way to Halong. I cannot recommend this service to others.

Jose SPerfect pick up, good service from hotline operator. Poor experience with the driver. He was stopping in every place looking for new guest on the way, them we arrived little bit later, was driving very aggressive for avoid be later.
