Sean HTrip was great! The driver was friendly and got us there safely.
The company should update the boarding point pin in the confirmation PDF they send. The one they have currently sends you to the front of the hotel, whereas their office & the boarding point for the trip is around the other side of the building.

Be aware! Bus was comfortable and good quality but customer service and communication is lacking. Every other bus service we've been on have contacted us prior to confirm time and location. On the booking pdf itself it had two different times 1.00 and 1.30pm. The company is going Ez travel but when you arrive the bus company is actually called Khank Pong - when we arrive there was a bus with noone on and the driver was ushering us on. He had none of our details, no names, couldn't communicate and kept pointing at the company - with no information that this is actually the right company we thought we were just trying to be scammed and walked on. It was extremely difficult to find a contact number for them - for people who need help it is +84 90 316 76 02. Once I got a hold of them they were helpful and the bus had left and they got us on it but up until then it was very stressful. Made them aware it needs to be clear on the booking where you are arriving to and the name of the bus operator, also the bus driver should have the booking details!
Hope this helps anyone else! Also just double check the location as the hotel they put as the location there is a few in nha Trang so make sure you go to the right one.

Ursula PThe van was really clean inside and really comfortable. It can be a bit of a bumpy journey from Nha Trang to Dalat but I could see the driver was taking care to try and minimise any bumps. Nice relaxing background sounds being played too which was a nice touch. The toilet stop was a beautiful location too, stunning scenery! I would absolutely use again but please update your pick up location (which I'm sure you will). I would have gone to the wrong pick up point if I hadn't have stumbled on your automated email in my junk mail the night before. Overall, great trip and would recommend :-)

Kate TThe mini van was very comfortable but I think the service was lacking. I was asked to agree to a different pick up spot before they would confirm my ticket. I thought that was different. Most big buses (sleeper buses) have a policy to pick up from your hotel and drop at your destination hotel. Excellent service. Not this mini van. The pick up location was obscure and where we got dropped off was obscure. In the middle of nowhere in Da Lat.
