Rodolphe ROn nous a fait embarquer dans une camionnette qui nous a amené à une gare routière pour nous mettre dans le bus. On nous a rien expliqué du transfert sur le billet ou oralement.
On nous a débarqué avant notre arrêt prévu, pas là où c'était indiqué, cela nous a coûté plus cher en taxi après, sans explication.

AÏssa À la prise en charge, nous n'étions pas dans le véhicule prévu par l'immatriculation qui nous avait été communiquée. Un véhicule bondé et en mauvais état ! Heureusement nous avons rejoint notre sleeper. Le voyage s'est bien passé bien que la couchette soit trop petite. À l'arrivée, il a fallu descendre très vite et nos bagages ont été jetés dehors. Le bus est reparti dans l'urgence.

Ricarda GNobody spoke english, staff just screamed at me several times because I didn’t do what they wanted (how would I understand if they Talk Vietnamese and do no effort to communicate with me) and they were also not really helpful. Luckily other guests on the Bus were friendly. In the end they just left me at any road even though the lady at the Office confirmed my drop-off Place twice.

Joerg They stated transfer time would be 1 1/2 hours, but it took 4 hours. This might get travellers with connecting bustransfers in trouble.

Beat B30 mins late, desoltate minivan to another stop (not transperant in the buying process), mainleg ok, break time without communication, drop off not on time (+1.5h) and not on the indicated spot but rather out of town. Overall it's possible to get from A to B, but not in time and not with the standard sold and not on the locations indicated.
