The bus was so lovely and comfortable but we weren’t given a single toilet stop in 9 hours and were chucked off the bus to get into a van with no warning and he almost didn’t let us go to the toilet then either!

Traveled from Ninh Binh to Hue through Viet Lai. Bus was nice but the sleeper cabin is too narrow as compared to other sleeper buses. Driver was braking quite often and honking too much. When making the booking, I couldn’t choose the deck.

Bad information, it took a very long time before we got our confirmation and tickets. And overall, we’be been ripped off. We paid $$$$ for « deluxe » sleeping train but got a very bad quality of sleeping train.

The driver drove like a rally champion. 3sec full throttle and then 5sec of slowing down repeated for the whole 9 hour drive. Made me and another passenger vomit because of it.

The bus was on time, the communication beforehand clear. The ride itself was fine, we had 1/2 bathroom stops from Ninh Binh to Hue. Unfortunately, in the three row buses, the beds are definitely too narrow for the average westerner, which made the sleeping a bit difficult. Otherwise - everything clean, no complaints there!
