DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. I paid almost double to have the VIP sleeper bus, as I needed some rest. I was then given a spot on the bus that didn’t recline and was too short to even sit with my legs out (the very back, bottom seat). I had to spend 9 hours with my knees to my chest in a tiny spot. When I tried to talk to the bus driver to swap seats as soon as I got given that spot, he refused to speak to me and pretended I didn’t exist. The women on the seat beside me was a Vietnamese woman, who said these two spots were for people who didn’t pay for the VIP sleeper, and were a cheaper price. She then tried to talk to the driver for me, and explain I had paid for the sleeper spot, and he refused to speak to her as well. I then contacted the bus company, and they told me I was given that spot because I had REFUSED a sleeper bed, and had DEMANDED to the driver to be placed there. They sent me dozens of messages gas lighting me, and telling me it was my fault because I wanted to be there. WHY THE FUCK WOULD I PAY DOUBLE THE MONEY FOR A VIP SLEEPER BUS, TO THEN SIT UPRIGHT IN A CRAMPED SQUARE FOR 9 HOURS???? Do not book with this company. Maybe you will get lucky. But 2/20 people on the bus will be given these spots and then gaslit into believing they asked for them. They did the exact same to my friend as well, who had taken the bus one day prior and was put in the same situation. She was told others had paid for more the other spots, but they hadn’t, they just needed to throw someone into the shit spots. I then contacted 12Go and they did not send me any reply. The worst customer service ever. What a waste of money.

The bus was late, we have been picker up at 10, not at 9 am. There were bugs and cockroaches in the bus, so that was disgusting.

Never been in such a well organized sleeper bus. Beds were comfy, WiFi was working and staff was friendly. Everything was on time. Can totally recommend going with this company!
