Our mini bus picked us up at 9:20pm for a 10pm bus. We arrived at the main office by 9:30pm. Our bus did not turn up until 10:40pm. When we asked where the bus was we were just told, he’s late. From 9:30-10:40pm we were sat outside on the street with no information about what was happening. Once we were on the sleeper bus there were no issues. The bus was clean and comfortable and it had a toilet on board that was clean and worked well. Once we arrived in Hue we were told that the minibus that was taking us to the drop off point was going to be 30 minutes. Considering we arrived late we were frustrated that the minibus was going to be late too. We chose to walk to the companies office 2 minutes away so that we could sit and wait instead of standing in the sun in the middle of a car park. We waiting for the minibus for 40 minutes once we arrived at the office. Due to the delay the man at the office told us that the minibus would drop us off at our hotel instead of the drop off point which was appreciated. The only reason this isn’t lower is due to the actual sleeper bus being great quality and the bathroom on board.

We were book together but we can’t be in the same cabin and there wasn’t written till we get the tickets (no refaundable). There was no WiFi and the train was not so clean.

The driver lost us an hour in Da Nang and then left us to another driver for Hoi An. We arrived at 9 p.m. in Hoi An when we were supposed to arrive at 8 p.m. and I had problems with the hotel check-in.
