Guenter The trip was fine and nice. But the booking process lacks transparency: we got a quick confirmation and a voucher was sent. This voucher needed to be exchanged for another voucher or boarding pass and this took about an hour, with the help of the train station attendant, to sort this out. It was said this could be done at the station, but finally the valid voucher was sent by email.

Cameron MOverall the trip was very smooth and quick when we got on the main bus. We actually arrived early. The bus was clean and comfy no complaints there.
However the communication was quite poor. We were told to arrive at the office for 9am for the transport to the bus but we were actually on the 9:30 transport. The transport driver didn’t really communicate this to us and just grunted at us. Then we went inside to further confirm and the worker there just didn’t seem interested in helping.

Bruce-joseph KWhatsapp message the day before advised 30minute delay to departure time, upon arrival I was advised of a further 30 minute delay. All in all the departure was delayed by 1.5hrs, although the arrival ended up being 20 minutes early than the original arrival time.
Was originally seated at the back of the bus which is three sleeper beds next to each other and less leg space and no power for the USB ports (I would have very much disliked this), but got moved to my own berth within hour one of a 10+ hour ride, so no real complaints, but like all SEA travel it was ‘an experience.’

Christine In general, all was fine, the bus was comfortable and clean. Water was provided and there was a toilet on the bus.
But even though we arrived 2 hours early (5:30 am) in Hue, we were urged to get off the bus in a hurry, so we could not even check, where we were. The dropoff was some 8 km from the named dropoff (we had a hotel booked in walking distance but needed a taxi, as the actual dropoff was so far away).
Anyway, we were happy the driver woke us in Hue, as we were so early, we would have missed the exit otherwise.

Yula KTook the cabin bus overnight and it was a great experience. The cabin is really cozy and private. I slept almost the whole trip which is rare for me on buses. Staff were friendly and helped with my backpack. Perfect option if you're traveling long distance and want something more comfortable.

Rene KI booked the vip cabin 22 bus from Ninh Binh and honestly it was better than I expected. The cabin feels private and comfortable. The mattress was clean. The driver and staff were helpful when boarding and the bus left on time. For long journeys in Vietnam, this is definitely a much nicer option than a normal sleeper bus.

Vivien BThe drivers where talking very loud, honking a lot and the beds where way to small for europeans. Almost impossible to sleep. Never take a 34 sleeper again. Try a 22 sleeper! The bus was late and made us walk to an other pick up with our lagguage, disappointing. We arrived a little early though which was great.
