Jan BI paid more then 140 euro to have a VIP cabine for my own. But that wasn't true. So i pand 70 euro to much. And the quality of the cabine was also poor

Sebastien VThe only problem was that it was a bus with three rows of beds hence beds were very narrow so I couldn't sleep on my back. It would be helpful to have clear pictures showing this so I could have picked a different bus.

Laure CThe people at the station was screaming at many of us when we asked if it's our bus, just because we booked online, they said to call your support.
The bus staff was a bit rough, not really friendly. The bus was old, we had the places down on the back, the heat of the engine was cooking us till Phong Nga where we could change places. The driver from Phong Nga was excessive horning.
The drivers drove safely, were well organized with the luggages and I appreciated that they called us to tell us we're arriving where we have to get down.
USB chargers were missing!

Dalove WThe organizer was kind to have me be picked up at Tam Coc bus station instead of Ninh Bihn railway. However, I was not on a Camel bus, which I intentionally booked because I viewed their buses the night prior and they were the cleanest. Instead the organizer put me on another bus TIEN DAT THANH LIMOUSINE.
The bus itself was ok. The staff was not kind. The driver smoked cigarettes all through the night in the cabin and it made me sick. Very rude and disrespectful to passengers, especially because not everyone wants to inhale death all night. Driver also honked the horn all night, it was coming through my ear plugs.
Locals sleeping in the aisles made it difficult to use the restroom.
We made it to Hue alive and on time so I give it a 3. But train staff to respect the cabin by not smoking… CIGARETTES CAUSE SERIOUS ILLNESS AND DEATH!

Luisa AThe experience was overall ok.
The cabins are quite small for a man but enough comfortable to sleep.
The bus arrived at the pick up 30 min late and 1 hour earlier at the destination. We had at least 1 toilet stop in 9 hours trip. My suggestion for the future passengers is to pay attention to every stop because it’s not easy to understand if it’s your stop.
The only real problem we’ve had was that our names weren’t on the driver name list even if all the other infos (bus license plate, bus, pick up place and time) were correct and he was going to leave us there. Fortunately he let me spoke with the assistance and they confirmed it was our bus.
So my overall experience was 3.5/4.

Patrick SDriver was around 20 minutes latet. USB-Loader did not work, same as the sink at the toilet.
In addition, we got dropped of 6 km apart from the actual drop-off location. Cant recommend.

Ariane PThe bus was delayed and didn‘t feel as luxurious as it looked on the pictures. I booked VIP Luxury and the cabin smelled quite a bit. Also didn‘t get dropped of on the station directly. Had to change into a van.
