I had a great experience on the sleeper bus. They contacted me in advance to give the pick up point.The seats were clean, comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful and ride was smooth and on time. Highly recommend this service for anyone traveling long distances, convenient and worth it!

It was the least luxury nightbus we have been on. Does not live up to the “VIP” title. They didn’t drop us off at the drop off point but more than 1km from that point. We needed to get our own taxi to the correct drop off point. Out luggage was wet when we got it back. We have been on 3 other sleeperbusses and this one was definetly the worst. The driver drove like crazy, even more then we are used to in Vietnam. There are way better companies and busses out there, skip this one

Awful experience. Very hard bed, It seemed to sleep on the floor. A lot of stops with hard breaks that moved the bed and the people on It. Very small cabins.

My cabin was clean, the driver drove safely and at a steady speed, the charging port worked, and the air conditioning kept me comfortable throughout the journey.

unconfortable beds, hard like stone.. dont understand why its called premium class then. the door was also damaged, so everytime when the train stops, the door opened.

First off, departure time changed from when I bought the ticket, and then it was late. Boarding the bus is a nightmare...you have to check with each bus that comes in if you are on that bus (mind you the buses aren't labelled with where they are going either, so it's Russian Roulette). Once on board and in your sleeper, then they come along and make sure they've got the right person in the right place...makes no sense. Only good thing, the bus arrived on time at my destination. Not sure how you are supposed to sleep with the driver bipping the horn constantly...
