The service was excellent. it was extremely busy because of Reunification Day and I was worried we wouldn't know which bust was ours. We were early so sat outside for an hour on little stools. They have a WC which is fine and a water dispenser. The staff we ONIT. Bus pulled up 5 mins before the departure time, we were showed to our beds. Bus was new and comfortable. We booked the double cabin. I would say the bed is two small for two adults but fine for an adult and child like we had. Makes it expensive for if you want a cabin to yourself.

The driver drove way too fast and very aggressively. He was on the horn constantly at 4am in the morning. We couldn’t sleep as was getting thrown around in the sleeper bed constantly. If he had driven just a little slower and less aggressively it would have been a good trip !!!
