We had 1 break 1h after departure for a toilet stop...no toilet on board for nearly 5h ride. The bus was comfy even though my seat wasn't able to change positions. My screen was broken and I am 1.9m therefore it was a little to small. But it was ok all in all. Don't recommend for longer journeys tho.

my Bus was booked from mui ne to saigon on the 1st Sep 23 at16.45pm(booking: EC8741166 with 02 tickets) , but i was informed previous day that time has been changed to 15.30 pm and we have to report to pick up point at 15.00 pm , they changed the bus it was not the same bus we booked, after reaching almost to saigon , they asked all the passengers to get down at a place and arranged another bus to saigon it was un professional arrangement, we are foreigners they didnt inform us anything upfront

We took a 4h Bus ride from Ho Chi Minh City to Mui Ne. The busses were clean enough for the most part and pretty much on time in both directions. Just don't expect any luxury or "VIP". All in all a pretty decent experience.

Was a confusing experience, but in the end everything was great. Confusing because someone contacted us on Whatsapp the night before to say our bus would be late and to tell us at what time to show up to the pickup point. The pickup point was a small stand between 2 buildings, and not a bus station. From there, a mini van picked us up to bring us to another building, this one with a big bus inside. The bus was as a night bus, as expected. Once near the destination, the bus stopped on the side of the road, and they transferred us to another minivan. The minivan dropped us directly in front of our accomodation.
