Bus was late 1,5hour comparing to hour in 12go.asia system. Thankfully we could wait in office waiting room and the workers there told us about delay (traffic). Bus was ok, quite new and clean and enough comfortable. We received small water during journey.

Bus was relatively comfortable. However there was no wifi and the driver didn’t let me off to go to the toilet even while he was stopped at a station for around 5 minutes. So we went around 4 hours or so without being able to use the toilet. Would not recommend

The bus wa more than hour late (but I was informed about the delay in email a few hours ago, which was good). Nobody speaks english so just you google translate if ypu want to know something. Bus was very nice and clean, not really noisy with power outlet for mobile charging. I was left off in another place as is written an Da Lat, but when I asked in the counter they ordered minivan and took us to our hotels as a compensation for late arrival. Overall it was ok.

Got called to be one hour earlier at the meeting point 30min before that time. No one talked in english. Had to change the bus once. Bus was modern and comfortable. Enough breaks.

Pick up in HCMC was in D5 by a mini van who drove me to the main bus station. The sleeper bus was very nice, clean, comfortable, full flat bed, usb fast charging and WiFi. It took 7h30 to reach Dalat. We made 1 food break and 1 shorter break. They dropped me close to my hotel. Driving was smooth and careful. Operator was also very professional and replied immediately to all my questions by WhatsApp. Great service! Overall highly recommended

Was very comfortable until halfway when my window started squeaking. I did have noise cancelling headphones though which helped with this. I am 5ft 9.5 and I couldn't stretch fully but managed. The round pillow you get really helped with getting comfy!

Somehow it seems that I paid for trip insurance which I did not intend to purchase. The trip was fine except on a sleeper bus if the driver continually honks the horn it is difficult to sleep.
