Our contact Van at iHome transfer was super helpful and responded very quickly to every question. We got a VIP cabin bus overnight to Nha Trang, we got in an hour early at 4:30am, the bus is comfy and spacious. I left my expensive head phones on the bus but I was lucky Van was super helpful in finding them for me and I was able to pick them up then next day. I would highly recommend this company.

I paid US$107.64 ( including card fee) for 2 pax. My adult daughter n I wanted some privacy n I noticed that for a 4 pax sharing one cabin, the price was around $20. So I thought I was paying for a 2 pax cabin however, 2 strangers turned up with valid tickets to share our cabin. They were a little noisy talking on the phone at night. Hence, I had emailed 12Go for an explanation n possibly a refund. Still awaiting their reply.
