Chairs are good and the van itself too. That's the good news. The driver we had was really bad. Loudly calling all the time, whatsapp under driving, coufing and most important not watching traffic. Drove slowly so to use an hour and a half longer.

This was the best sleeper bus I’ve been on so far! Everything was prompt. There was no confusion ticket or location pick up. They give you bottles of water, and a pillow and blanket are waiting for you on your seat. Air conditioned throughout. And during the 7 hour journey, they stopped twice for toilet breaks for 30 mins each time; that’s more than what I’ve received for buses more than double the duration! I’d highly recommend this company. Journey: Hanoi to Sapa

Everything was good overall. You place your bag in the luggage compartment beneath the bus, as the bed inside is only just big enough to fit you. I kept my laptop with me, but it was a bit tight! I couldn’t fall asleep until late, but once I did, I slept quite well, haha. If you’re taller than about 1.75 metres, you might find it a bit cramped, the cabin is on the small side. You’ll likely need to bend your knees or rest your legs over the cup holder, but you’ll manage, haha. There’s no toilet on board, so make sure to use the facilities before boarding. On the bright side, food is provided for free in the lounge before the bus departs, which was a nice touch.

The best sleeper bus in Hanoi - Sapa, hands down. We got the 12.50 bus from Hanoi and arrived at 8.20pm in Sapa. The bus driver was a smoooooth operator, no crazy maneuvers or anything. The wifi on board was ok for WhatsApp messages. We were so happy we booked it for our way back.

OP
We got given a vip sleeper bus instead of the sleeper bus we were supposed to have. Although they changed our departure time. Im not sure why they pretend to offer departures every 10 mins as they clearly merge them all together. We left Hanoi 30 minutes late.

Pretty good overall. The cabins are really wide however they are quite short. I'm 5ft 8 and had to bend my knees a little.

Very comfortable and on time. Seats even had a massage function. However water was dropping through the roof of the van which was kinda disgusting.
