Airco fell out, but got restored quickly. Dirty toilets and a cockroach in bed, but managed to sleep anyway. Low class, but staff did everything they could.

The bus was very comfortable and there was an extremely rude passenger who was quickly disposed of by the very competent and friendly staff after being drunk/completely crazy! 10/10 trip

We had the luck we slept alone in the 4 person cabin. Wouldn't think about 2 people extra because it's small and too cozy for that. With 2 persons it was fine. Although the beds were very hard. My friend slept fine, i didn't. I woke up a lot when the train stopped, but it was ok. We are taking the nighttrain back also, so good enough for the money.

The bus was one hour late and the bus driver drove like a maniac through the mountains. If you get car sick easily (like me), don't take the minivan, but rather the bigger bus.

I hadn't checked the date of departure properly. The bus was departuring on 22:00, but I got to the station 15 minutes late. During that time I texted the staff to wait for me. They answered the bus just departured, and it is refueling up at a petrol station. The staff sent me an adress, and I got there by taxi. Despite our late, they let me in. The bus was quite comfortable. But I strongly recomend to avoid seats near an engine. It gets hot during the trip. The bus arrived 1 and a half hour late, but it was still 5:00, so the bus was waiting untill 6 AM. If you take some stopwatches and an eye band, you will sleep well. I think, it is resonable choice for the price.

The bus and the travel was good. But they say you have to be there 30 minutes before the bus leaves but there was nobody there when we got there. 20 minutes later they arrived. So i dont understand why they want you to be there when they are not on time themselves. We also left 30 minutes to late.

I was looking for a ticket booth but couldn't find any. Finally I found the train but the guy at the train made me wait about 30 mins before let me in to the train. I was up set and disappoint for the service I received as a VIP customer.

We've had a 2p cabin which was great, also because of a double matress. Clean cabin and beds. When we entered the cabin, the floor was still a little wet from cleaning. We didn't used the toilets.
