The driver was great. We were rescheduled because of delay and that was fine. Therefore exact on time.

Bus was lovely and not too late however the driver stopped to drink spirits at one of our rest stops and so was driving under the influence the whole trip overnight. He also pumped the air con onto freezing cold making it hard to sleep because it was warmer at the front of the bus.

everything was perfect! the bus is new, has a bathroom and all the amenities, the cabins are very generous, the waiting lobby in HANOI is very clean and has snacks, and the driver drove very well, he left on time and we arrived even 30 minutes early in Sa Pa. I recommend!

Great bus trip! The bus was amazing, we had one with big beds and even a toilet in the bus! I guess it was a VIP one though, but it was the only option left when we booked. Everything was one time, despite pretty bad traffic.

In my opinion, this is the best bus company in Vietnam. It left 7 minutes early and arrived half an hour late. That's not a big deal; we had a very pleasant journey. The massage seats were fantastic. We had two breaks, and the English announcements before each break clearly showed how long we were going to be. It was definitely worth the money. Thank you all so much.

Driver didn’t stop at designated spots, took our food and so we were not allowed to eat at all during the 7 hour journey. We also did not get the coach we booked despite arriving earlier than the recommended time and had to wait an hour for the next one as they overbooked.Coach was comfy and clean, journey would have been great but ruined by the driver not stopping despite audio announcements telling us we would stop, and as a result not being able to eat any food for the entire journey.

I booked the 7am bus transfer, only to be told to arrive at 6:15am for the 6:30am transfer, which ended up arriving at 7am. There were two rest stops - the second stop we had to pay to use the bathroom only for there to be no toilet paper or hand soap. It would’ve been handy for the bus driver to have this on hand or as a passenger been told so we could come prepared. My seat was broken so I couldn’t adjust it. Poor experience and wouldn’t use this bus provider again.

Bus was comfortable but I was woken up by the staff an hour into the drive and asked to move to another bus. I was the only one who had to move and was separated from my friend. I later found out they moved me alone so a group of locals could be next to eachother, they didn't care that they were splitting me up from my friend. I was a bit scared because I didn't know what was going on and their explanations didn't make much sense to me. The second bus I was on was very hot, all the TV screens couldn't be turned off so it was pretty bright. This was probably an anomaly but I still don't understand why i was singled out to be separated from my group so another group could be together.
