Hanoi to Sapa Destination Reviews

MJ
Best overnight Bus so far, even with massage seats. Really comfortable and on time, arriving in Sa Pa they had a free shuttle service to the Hotels. Excellent

We were asked to arrive before 9:30 p.m. for a departure at 9:30 p.m. The bus arrived around 10:30 p.m. The screens on the bus weren’t working, and my blanket hadn’t been washed, it smelled strongly of sweat. We therefore arrived in Sapa later than expected, and the driver didn’t drop us off at the address indicated on the ticket.

If there are sleepers, there should be conditions to use them properly . The driver was driving as it was a race, making it impossible to sleep. We also arrived 1:30h before schedule time

Nightmare. Never again! We travelled from Hanoi to Sapa. The journey was a complete nightmare. It started with the waiting room in Hanoi. The lady was extremely unfriendly, watched her videos loudly and sang along. The toilets are terrible. Dirty, no soap, no toilet paper. The bus arrived about an hour late. The bus driver was very aggressive and didn't understand any English. When I accidentally stepped on something with my shoes, he aggressively pulled me away by the arm. The blankets and pillows were very dirty. During the journey, there were suddenly two broken things. A tyre burst. The driver simply continued driving without giving any information. Then the second think happened: again something to do with the tyre. I was sitting directly above it. It was extremely loud and we didn't know what was happening. The ‘repairs’ were carried out during the last break. Nevertheless, we continued our journey with a very uneasy feeling. In the end, we arrived two hours late. The bus drivers were very aggressive again. This company is absolutely not recommended. I would advise anyone against travelling with this company!

Well organized, we even arrived early. The bus was clean and very comfortable, with plenty of legroom.

Very confortable, but a bit small if you’re tall, although there’s enough space to move and find a position to sleep. Good privacy during the trip. Driving not so smooth, it can be hard to fall asleep if there are many curves along the way.

Comfortable bus, nice pit stop, loses 1 star as the USB port to charge my phone did not work. The check in process is SUPER HECTIC in Hanoi!
