Hanoi to Sapa Destination Reviews

CF
The bus driver was rude to us while checking our tickets. He also drove quite aggressively during the night, which made it difficult to sleep. The bus in general was totally fine.

The ride was comfortable, and I was able to sleep during the journey. The bus driver is helpful. However, once you arrive in Sapa, a taxi driver in the same company uniform might tell you the ride to your hotel is free. But when you show your address, the story changes, and they’ll charge you double. To avoid this, it's best to confirm the price and show your hotel address before getting in the car. Or ask your hotel to arrange pick up service in advance.

Very pleasant journey, comfortable buses, helpful and informative staff. There was no toilet but they make a few stops for food and toilets.

The bus was late by an hour which was the only bad thing about the experience. Rest everything was very good. Clean bus, comfortable sleeper seats. Would travel again with HK Buslines.

I’d use their services again. One area to improve would be the blankets and pillows — it would be better if they were wrapped or clearly shown to be new or freshly cleaned, as I didn’t feel comfortable using them as they were. Also, for reference, I’m 5'7" and my head and feet touched both ends, so taller guests might need to curl up a bit.

Great experience. Booked online in advance from Canada and communication was very clear and organized. Bus was clean, air conditioned, and service was great. Would definitely use this service again.

Very grateful to our driver, Mr Tuyen who contacted us via whatsapp. This is very reassuring especially it was our first time visiting Vietnam. He showed a photo of the limo, so we could recognise the car immediately. Thanks again.
