Hanoi to Sapa Destination Reviews

PN
The tour bus operator agent able to connect with me from airport via whatsapp and managed to transport me to the bus boarding point. Me and partner waited at the boarding point for some time before being boarded into the bus to the destination. Overall, the bus was quite decent and we are able to rest in the bus except for the noise coming from the bus drivers and assistants in the bus during that time. The driver did a good a job in driving us to the destination.

Asked me to be 30 minutes before departing time, rushed to be on time, bus departed 45 minutes late. There was a buzzing sound every few minutes at the front of the bus preventing me to sleep for the whole journey.

My comment for this trip is that staff at Hanoi office is not too organize on attending for the passenger prior to hop in the bus but overall trip to Sapa was comfortable.

My sleeper bus experience from Hanoi to Sapa with HK Busline was great! It was comfy, spacious (sufficient space for me 1.6m tall), clean with blanket that smells good and comes with usb and usb c charger. I managed to to have good 4hrs out of 5.5hrs sleep. There was a total of 2 pitstops for food and toilet break. However, i was not too happy that i had to wait more than half hr for my bus that was planned for 8.30am but arrived only at 9am.

There is an error in the timing of the bus compared to online ticket. Bus is nice and pleasant but the driver is rude and forced us to wait for 2 hours to go toilet after boarding. And he only stops at places where need to pay for toilet and the things are being sold 4-5x higher than original price. It looks like the driver or the company has under table dealing with shop owners and only stops at these places as mostly foreigners taking this bus

The location pin on the PDF ticket was incorrect, but wasn't hard to work out. Just put in the address they give in maps. The bus was on time and a very comfortable journey. Would book again.
