Hanoi to Sapa Destination Reviews

MG
Very comfortable upper cabin berth. Left slightly late. Seemed to stop at a lot of Sao Viet places enroute. Arrived almost half an hour late but overall experience a good one.

It was overall quite a pleasant ride. A member of staff came to find me at the bus stop and informed me where to go and wait for the coach. He was very helpful! There was a nice break for 40 minutes to get refreshments, toilet etc. Arrived on time. The only issue I had is that I couldn't lie down fully. There wasn't quite enough leg room for me but I am 6ft!

Terrible company with poor service from start to finish. The drivers are rough and unhelpful, while the manager is irresponsible and dismissive of complaints. They don’t care about customers or try to fix problems. The seats and covers were dirty, with no Type-C charging ports for phones. The buses were old, and the air conditioning was so strong that it leaked even when the vents were closed. I absolutely do not recommend this company.

The driver was over an hour and a half late, and he did not allow anyone to eat food on the journey. We got to our Homestay over 2 hours late.

Good quality bus, left on time. Made a number of stops off the main road to pick up/drop off passengers on the way which took extra time. But the company can’t be begrudged.

Bed was comfortable, journey took longer than indicated due to traffic.

Everything was great, except for the need to be there 40 mins early. Not an easy wait with a 6 year old. But the journey was smooth with perfect rest periods.

booked a bus to leave at 6:30 and arrive 12:50, instead got put on a 7:16 bus that got in at 2:30 which was really inconvenient and bad for my sleep. the delay i think was because waited around 20-30 mins at every stop which seemed unnecessary. i was also not dropped where they said they would drop me, meaning i had to walk 15 mins in the dark to my hotel (that i booked to be near where i thought i would be dropped). bus was comfortable though and one of the staff spoke reasonable english.
