Hanoi to Sapa Destination Reviews

C
The bus is super convenient but sleeping is not possible. Too bumpy and shaky. So all in all we would not do this again.

Wrong meeting address, so when we went to the wrong one another bus company tried to help us without any luck. In desperation we walked back and forth the road until we got a text from the bus company sending a colleague to find us. The bus arrived much later than schedule, so waiting in Hanoi heat with luggage was harsh. The bus was old and leaked water from the aircon. We can’t complain about the seat size because that is shown on the picture and we chose it, but if you have some spare money use it on another more comfortable and more organized bus company.

It was much greater than expected. Was super happy to travel in this new way for me. A bit better organization at the start could help. We arrived much earlier than expected, which was less sleep time, but it was ok.

The driver keep us inside the bus at 4.30am while was supposed to arrive at 3am. We asked to leave the bus, because we had an hotel waiting for us, he kept us while washing the bus… Also we stopped 15 min at the airport, we asked if we can go to the bathroom, that was urgent, he said no, we had to wait 1 hour and half Vehicle was better than excepted. Driving was okay

We were sat at the back of the bus, and the seats didn't lean back, and even though I'm a short person, I could not fit my legs between my seat and the one in front of me, that one could lean back and looked comfortable. Very horrible 6 hours for me and my husband.
