Hanoi to Sapa Destination Reviews

AF

First of all, the address of meeting point is 16 Tran Nhat Duat, not 114. They informed me day before afternoon by call. It was better to be informed by message as well. In addition, on the way to the destination, there were a lot of stops, which cause delay, I believe. It is better to have information in english.

Clean bus. Pretty comfortable. 1 hour late however, and WiFi stopped working halfway.

It was nice and clean, and they even had a shuttle bus to the hotel. The only thing that bothered me was that I'm 177cm, and the bed was a bit short for me, which gave me some leg cramps overnight.

I traveled with S-Trip from Hanoi to Sapa and also from Sapa back to Hanoi, and I was very satisfied with the service. They were easy to reach and responded quickly to any questions. The bus was clean, comfortable, and in very good condition. I also accidentally left some belongings on the bus, and they kindly kept them safe for me until I returned to Hanoi. Excellent service overall, highly recommended!

Communication was great, instructions were clear on where you needed to be and when. Bus was clean and cabins had plenty of room in terms of width. I’m 5ft 11inches and it was a slightly tight fit for length. But that was to be expected. Bus stop had drivers at the end to shuttle you to your Accomodation for a reasonable price. Great service.

Easy pickup, great drive, relatively comfortable seats/beds. The first stop seemed a bit early but that's nothing bad. We had enough stops to feel comfortable. Unfortunately we only arrived 7 hours after start and not 6 as mentioned in the booking, but traffic can happen.
