We bought a ticket to Sanur Harbour an ended in another port 25 minutes away. The boat crew did not inform of anything. We had to walk away from the port to get a taxi. At the dock there was only expensive taxis.

I was anxious about the ferry booking after reading a lot of negative reviews. The ferry was due at 8:30 but arrived at 9 which was fine as I had factored a delay when booking my transfer. The ferry was new and comfortable. The journey was extremely smooth. My only issue was the window wouldn’t close completely which resulted in getting a little wet by a small amount of sea water.

We were offered another boat bevause our bost was late. This boat was fully overbooked so we had to sit upstairs. We and our luggage were soaked on arrival because the waves splashed over us for more than two hours. We were travelling with four kids so it was on ordeal. The information on Gili was incomplete too. Instead of 1.5 hours to PadangBai, the trip took us 3.5 hours.

There was a delay of 30min. The boarding was chaotic. I wasn't told to pay the tax in another building so me and 20 other guests had to queue up late for that. But that was not the main reason for the delay. The waves were horrible, but this is nature, the boat seemed to be save

No boat we’re leaving gili T for Bali this day so they told us that they have a solution and since I need to catch a flight at Bali the next day. So they’re solution we’re going back to Lombok to take a ferry on the south and it should have take 9h. Finally we had wait 6hour in the port with no information, complete lost in what was happening. Then we finally get into the ferry but instead of taking 4h he takes 7h and we had to sleep on the deck on the floor. So I miss my flight and they didn’t even bring us to sanur wish is what I had payed for they just bring us to Padangbay and we had by our own take a taxi. They should have make us discount or something cause most of us have missed our flight and lost a lot of money on that 18h travel that should have been as they say « only 9h ».

Checking in was simple, the ferry was running late but we were informed and kept updated. We went from Sanur to Gili Air and the crossing was calm and well organised. On return, the water was rough but we were informed when we were approaching the high waves and reassured that it was safe to travel. There were 2 captains onboard and despite the high waves and bumpy ride, we arrived safely within good time. It’s clear the guys work very hard to ensure safety first. They’re very helpful and answered our questions. Highly recommend.

Ferry was punctual and actually comfy. The transfer was by Magir Trans Bali and could not fault it. Our driver, Gede Tias was very accommodating so have 0 issues with the service. Highly recommended.

Arrived 45 minutes late at Sanur Port which then made our ongoing trip to the airport very stressful. When I raised concerns regarding the timings as I had a flight to catch, as stopped for petrol (stopped at nusa penida) for almost an hour - I was met with unhelpfulness and rudeness. I was also sick on the boat due to the severe rolling and ship rocking - and despite sometimes feeling nauseous on the odd rocky boat, I’ve never been sick. Would not use again
