1 star is too much for this boat. They were overbooked. People who had no place to sit were staying outside constantly hit by waves. One of the motors didn’t work, they were fixing it WHILE we moved. It smelled like a gasoline inside and stuff didn’t do anything with it. It took us 2 hours extra to get to the Sanur. The whole experience was a nightmare. Please, don’t ever buy tickets from this company!

Arrived 45 minutes late at Sanur Port which then made our ongoing trip to the airport very stressful. When I raised concerns regarding the timings as I had a flight to catch, as stopped for petrol (stopped at nusa penida) for almost an hour - I was met with unhelpfulness and rudeness. I was also sick on the boat due to the severe rolling and ship rocking - and despite sometimes feeling nauseous on the odd rocky boat, I’ve never been sick. Would not use again

Crew is very friendly and kind! The boat is pretty good, but the timetable is not true, our transfer was 1 hour behind the schedule, and I think it is not possible to do it faster so it should be updated.

Why don't airplanes have seats like this? Ultimate comfort. Be warned, the ride gets rocky across the channel, particularly in the afternoons, but the skipper and crew are highly experienced in these waters and I didn't feel unsafe at any point.

They should make some safety announcements when sailing through rough seas. Not everyone on the fast boat accustomed to sailing during such situations. Many first timers were shocked and scared. Some instructions from operators might have been beneficial.
