It’s ok services,I didn’t read pdf but anyone going to Gili T needs to pay 20k IDR and leaving Gili you need pay 20k also in harbour tax .

They didn't tell us we use teo boats. Would not recommend for people that are very young or elderly as we would have to climb down into the boat from the roof while driving.

We suppose to arrived in Sanur at 11:30am but the staff took so much time transit in Nusa Penida. I saw they got back to the cruise with cup of coffee, smoking, eating. If they only drop and pick up, we could be on time arriving in Sanur. We arrived in Sanur at 11:50am.

I ordered a boat at 9:50. Right before 22 in the evening I get a WhatsApp message from the operator that they changed schedule to 9:00 and that I had to be there at least 1 hour before departure to check in. I went to bed before 22 but thankfully I put the alarm on early. When I stressfully reached the check in place before 8 nobody was there 😂 I had to wait 35 minutes to check in. The boat departured 09:20. the ride was super uncomfortable. Never again.

The change of boat at Nusa Lembongan was not mentioned, also the subsequent boat was non-AC. Not sure if this is the process across all the speed boat companies.
