We had tickets for the boat at 12:00 but arrived at the harbour at 9:30. They gave is tickets for the boat at 10:00. Nice area to wait (with A/C), luggage check-in went quick and we left on time. The boat itself is a bit hot and you don’t have much space, but the trip is only 40 minutes so that is fine. When we arrived at Lembongan you get in less than knee deep water, so that is fine.

It was a stressful walk to the gate, we lost several times the group. Then we waited in the very hot boat for other groups to get onboard. When we arrived at lembongan we were dropped of at a different place as it was marked on 12go when I booked the ticket. But boat ride was ok.

Great experience and was on time for both boarding and arriving on Nusa Lembongan with Dream beach express. Got help with carrying large suitcase on wheels on water when getting out of the boat on island. Needed to check in and get boarding pass and ticket with QR code outside the main port check in entrance which our driver missed so needed to walk 150m back outside the gate to check in. Recommended travelers to be on time according to information given. Great WiFi can be used during waiting time.
