Isabel MVery bad experience – aggressive and unacceptable driver
Our experience with this ride was extremely bad and honestly shocking.
The driver behaved very aggressively throughout the entire trip and treated people in a completely disrespectful and undignified way. At one point, he even threw a bottle and an apple at his co-driver. This alone shows how unacceptable his behavior was.
After around nine hours of driving, I stood briefly in the aisle because I physically needed to stand for a moment. I was not blocking anyone’s way at all. Nevertheless, the driver shouted at me aggressively, telling me to sit or lie down in my bed. There was no proper seating option — only lying down — and after such a long drive, this was simply not realistic.
The driver seemed to have a personal problem with everyone. He was constantly honking aggressively, which made it impossible to relax during the trip. The atmosphere was tense and uncomfortable the entire time.
Later, I sat upright on my bed (it was a high bunk) and let my legs hang down because I needed to sit for a while. I did absolutely nothing wrong. Still, the driver started speaking angrily in Vietnamese, staring at me and clearly getting upset at me for no reason at all. I literally just existed there.
Breaks were another issue. Once, he made an unannounced stop. Another time, we had to practically beg for a break. Even then, he was visibly annoyed and only stopped for about one minute — just enough for people to rush to the toilet. There was no chance to buy food, despite the fact that we were traveling for nine hours.
What made this even worse: when he saw that we had yogurt with us, he complained, while he himself bought and ate a sandwich. Expecting passengers not to eat anything for nine hours while constantly yelling at them is unacceptable.
Overall, his tone was always harsh, rude, and hostile. We did not feel safe or comfortable at any point. His aggression was obvious and constant.
This kind of behavior toward passengers is absolutely not acceptable. If someone cannot treat people with basic respect, they should not be working in a customer-facing job. The company should take this very seriously.

Luis BWhen I got on the bus, my seat was extremely heat up because of the sun so I was sweating the first two hours until it cooled down. Later I could sleep a while so it was okay.

Glenn SPick up was not at location given, they almost left without me, not at the booked time either. Customer service on board also lacking, half way through trip they almost handed my £1500 suitcase to a stranger to walk away with, luckily I was outside watching and questioned why this had happened. Also no stops for food only toilet for a 7 hour trip as there is not one on board. My experience from saigon to nha trang was much more pleasant that the return trip. The only plus I have to say is the buses are new, the sleeper bed is comfy but be weary of your items, leaving times locations and don't expect a smile or anyone to be helpful then you are good to go.
