We were really late. The bus pick up was at 22:30. They make us move to another bus station and wait for 2h more to go. The expected pick up time was 22:30 and we are finally leave at 30h. (2h late) we have a tour waiting for us at Sapa at 5am We are really late. The bus pick up was at 22:30. They make us move to another bus station and wait for 2 h. the wifi was not working and the air conditioning was not functioning, in a 7 hours trip and 35 degrees outside it’s just very bad. We also arrived with an hour and a half of delay compared to when we were supposed to.

All was well except the bus was 2 hours late to arrive at Sapa. It was supposed to be a 6 hour drive turning into an 8 hour drive. But overall its great value for money.

The bad side was the bus was an hour late. We came early expecting to have more time in Sapa, One hour does count. Good side was the journey was so-so smooth,I notice the first two drivers sped up to catch the time, the last driver was the best, I was able to take videos arriving in Sapa beside at back of driver sitting by the stair, even with communication barrier we were able to communicate by actions or gestures, to take videos which best part in Sapa while riding the bus. .
