Very rude, unhelpful staff at travel agents. Bed didn’t fully recline and went extremely fast causing it to be very rocky, but did arrive 30mins early. Also included free transport to hostel which wasn’t mentioned.

Outlets worked, 2 blankets, more than enough room for me and my pack, 2 waters!!! I I wish all of my bus experiences can be like this. & a bathroom, BUT no toilet paper. Maybe to discourage going #2

We took the HK bus from Hanoi to Sapa and had a really great experience. The journey was smooth, comfortable, and well-organised from start to finish. The seats were spacious and perfect for relaxing on the long trip, and everything felt clean and well looked after. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the whole process easy and stress-free.
