Well, I went to the store and ask for 3 oneway tickets from Hanoi to Sapa. Better for them (no comisson 12Go) and better for me (better price then 12Go). Actually the tickets were more expensive then booking online via their website. Unfortunaly, I couldn't book on their website so I had to do it via 12Go. Still don't understand why it's more expensive when buying a fysic ticket instead of online. The bus was one hour to early (06.30 instead of 07.30). Fine driver, clean bus. I certainly will book here again (online via the hotel :p)

Very clean bus from Sao Viet Bus, bus was 40min late, the departure point can be a bit confusing as there is no Sapa Ethnic travel office anywhere.

Sapa Ethnic was operated by Sao Viet. The bus was 15 mins late (that's fine, there is an office where you can wait in Hanoi), but we arrived 1 hour later in Sapa (I guess because they made several stops so others could board and get off, but also for dropping off / collecting packages for delivery which was a bit annoying).
