Chang SThe company sent a driver to pick me up from the hotel. We were transferred to another vehicle at the meeting point to another location where the sleeper bus is. We have to remove our shoes to board the bus. The cabin was clean and the massage function of the bed, fantastic. There were 2 rest stops, each of 20 minutes duration. The drivers do check the size of the hand luggage. NO FOOD ON THE BUS.

Romeo PAVOID THIS! Either the bus came very late or did not come at all! I'm at the boarding point 20 minutes ahead of the 9:30 PM schedule, and I waited for almost an hour, but the assigned bus did not appear. The operator did not make any contact, and I believe the boarding area indicated in the itinerary is WRONG, and that you have to ask random people in the area to know where exactly it is (it's actually in front of a hotel). Avoid at all costs and just book an operator with a functioning office for concerns like this. I know it's cheap, but not worth the hassle. Never again!

Andrew We had a really positive experience with Sao Viet despite reading some negative reviews on Trip Advisor. The bus was clean and comfortable and we both felt safe on the whole journey.
The staff in the office at Sa Pa were friendly and gave us a free ride to our hotel in their shuttle bus. I have only travelled with them once but I couldn’t fault them.

Charlotte FThe bus driver was rude to us while checking our tickets. He also drove quite aggressively during the night, which made it difficult to sleep. The bus in general was totally fine.

Nan SThe ride was comfortable, and I was able to sleep during the journey. The bus driver is helpful. However, once you arrive in Sapa, a taxi driver in the same company uniform might tell you the ride to your hotel is free. But when you show your address, the story changes, and they’ll charge you double. To avoid this, it's best to confirm the price and show your hotel address before getting in the car. Or ask your hotel to arrange pick up service in advance.
