Best overnight Bus so far, even with massage seats. Really comfortable and on time, arriving in Sa Pa they had a free shuttle service to the Hotels. Excellent

We were asked to arrive before 9:30 p.m. for a departure at 9:30 p.m. The bus arrived around 10:30 p.m. The screens on the bus weren’t working, and my blanket hadn’t been washed, it smelled strongly of sweat. We therefore arrived in Sapa later than expected, and the driver didn’t drop us off at the address indicated on the ticket.

If there are sleepers, there should be conditions to use them properly . The driver was driving as it was a race, making it impossible to sleep. We also arrived 1:30h before schedule time
