Employees are extremely rude, I was not aware you cannot eat on the bus (on a 6 hour bus ride). Instead of addressing it normally, they grouped together and yelled at me (from the first moment they saw the food, no resistance preceded this). Forced me to throw away my food, were unable to communicate about when there would be a break so I could save my food and eat outside of the bus. I am a young solo female traveller and I felt both threatened and humiliated.

The bus was an hour late with no clear communication from the operator. They could just easily told us why and what the new expected time of arrival was, but instead we were just waiting without knowing why even after asking.

Trip was fine but office staff at the departure and destination was a mess. Almost one hour at the destination office waiting to be transfered to our hotel. Nobody speaks english.

Pick up supposed to be at 6.00 am. Came to take us at 6.30 in a very old and dirty van to transfer us in an also old sleeper bus. We finally go at 7.30. The sleeper seat are small and not really confortable. No toilets inside and just 2 stops. The team don’t even give us informations about the trip. Not recommended.
