A 30-minute delay at departure, no courtesy whatsoever from the driver or his "assistant." Several unexplained stops and over 2 hours late arrival with no apologies or explanations. We'll take the train home!

Price and service from office/driver were very good. We were taxied directly to the hotels. Unfortunately bus came late, wifi did not work most of the time, 3 stops in malls are at least one too much: - 0,5 Star.

Drivers were shouting and talking all night long, I slept 30mins on a 6h30 journey. The cabin was large and confortable.

Boarding and bus it self were great. Seats were assigned and I didn’t see any small uncomfortable seats in the back like others. Everything was great until we got to Sa Pa and our bags were tossed in the gutter next to the bus before we could get off. The gutter had a strong smell of urine and we had to wash our bags. Just wait 5 minutes for people to get off of the bus and hand them their bags if you don’t have a place to put them that is at least dry.
