I really loved this bus trip, 5/5. On-time, comfortable, slept well. Some reviews mention the cold AC, the vent can be turned off in the cabin, so this is not an issue either. I fully recommend this company. (Took SaoViet tours for the way back and that was also very pleasant.)

Weather caused long delays and no information was given to passengers.it was very much ,asking driver which buses were returning passengers to Hanoi .over 10 hours we waited waiting to see if we could even reach the destination on that day !!

Bus was overbooked and we had to take a later bus. The last part to Sapa the driver suddenly was riding very fast so I really suffered from travel sickness.

The bus ride itself was okay, but the driver made the experience very unpleasant. He did not speak English and only shouted at us in Vietnamese. At one stop, he locked us inside the bus and refused to let us use the restroom, saying we had to wait 10 more minutes until a place where his friends were and where the toilet cost money. Even after I told him several times (translated into Vietnamese with an app) that I urgently needed the restroom, he just laughed at me and insulted me in Vietnamese. Very unprofessional and not recommended.
