Transfer to hotel was not communicated clearly. Everyone else from our bus had been picked up and taken to their accommodation in individual cars where we had to wait an additional 20 minutes to then be squished in with other people from a different bus. We believe that we were forgotten about even after I consistently asked for updates etc.

I was on the last cabin at the back portion so my position is not as steady as the others in front. There are vacant cabins in front but they placed me at the last cabin for the back and forth trip.

I slept well for the 6 hrs journey. A/C is good. TV is controlled, centralized by the driver. The operator are not friendly but it is acceptable because there is no communication required in my experience.
