Irma SI was very much disappointed by this service from the very beginning if our journey. I booked two seats and got a voucher, where it was written that we have vip seats. there was no info in voucher or description that we got random seats selection and we were INSISTED to sot at the very back of van even when i told i get sick sotting in the back of van. If you choose this operator make sure in advance, that you get a chance to choose a free seat from available at that moment. Driver hardly speaks english too.
Maybe i would have not written this response, but i am currently coming back with other company to hanoi from sapa and got 100% perfect service with no such stress.

Saw LCurtains are old, dirty and no blanket for each cabin.
Bus staffs are not friendly, seems they know english but unnecessarily shouted in their language to passengers.
Suggested to improve the staffs ' communication skill.

James HHanoi - Sapa sleeper bus with compartments. This was absolutely brilliant very clean, well organised, the driver was patient and drove safely. They organised a shuttle bus to our hotels for free on arrival which I wasn't expecting!

Gustavo RThe bus was comfortable but the reading light in my cabin didn’t work, usb-c charging port didn’t work. The drivers didn’t let anyone out of the bus in stops, even though i needed to get a power bank from my bag and strech my legs. And because they didn’t let anyone leave the bus they arrived almost onehour earlier to the destination which was not very good for us because we were doing a night trip and you don’t like to arrive and everything is closed

Sarah GIt was not the best experience say the least… first they tried to put us in a bus later because it was ‘busy’. When we said we booked the bus an hour earlier they could make it work anyway and the bus was not full at all. We had to transfer. This was not what we booked, but oke. Transfer is oke if you note it down. The transfer itself was so hectic, nobody told us anything and nobody spoke english. We had to get into a bus we didnt booked.
The sleeperbus driver was in my opinion a bit recless, hard not to fall out of the cabin, haha. The driver after the transfer was fine.
You are not allowed to eat in the bus, 8 hours is a long time. Would recommend to put it into the advertisement.
