Our bus got overbooked so we got another (better) bus from hk busline. The problem was that we needed to wait two hours for the other bus and thus arrived two hours later.

The bus was nice and comfortable,but the driver was so unpleasant and rude. Twenty minutes before departure, I needed to use the restroom, and he told me to wait until the next stop two hours later. I finally found a solution on my own,obviously. Then, I politely asked if he could briefly open the compartment to get the charger from my backpack, and it took him a long time and with a bad attitude (it took us two seconds to get it). Finally, he rudely yelled at my partner to put the shoes in the plastic bag,because he didn't understand what he was saying because the driver didn't speak any English. We didn't appreciate his attitude or how he treated us.

Excellent. Bus was comfortable and good value for the money. Bus was 45 minutes late at pickup and with traffic we arrived 1 1/2 hours later than expected, but that was not a significant problem
