Marina NThe driver pushed us to our beds like he was in a hurry, in a bad way. The bed is not flat and it was really uncomfortable. The driving style was the worst we have ever seen, because of the speed and the turns. Also, the driver was honking the whole trip. So, all that made it was impossible to sleep (in a sleeping bus). Moreover, we arrived 3 hours earlier than expected, so imagine the speed and it means, as well, 3 hour less of sleeping.

Alessio CThe entire experience was extremely disappointing and poorly managed. The pick-up point provided on my receipt was completely wrong, forcing me to pay for a taxi out of my own pocket to reach the correct location.
As if that was not enough, just 40 minutes before departure I received a call from the tour operator telling me to rush because the bus intended to leave earlier than scheduled. This created unnecessary stress and made me genuinely worried about missing the tour because of mistakes that were entirely the company's responsibility.
What makes the situation even more unacceptable is that the bus actually left 15 minutes before the advertised departure time, without any valid explanation. The lack of organization, incorrect information, and complete disregard for customers caused significant inconvenience and frustration. I would have expected much better communication and professionalism.

Hannah RWe were picked up by S Trips from our hostel and taken to the main bus. The cabins were clean and comfortable with water provided. Journey from Hanoi to Sapa went well with 2 stops along the way. Would recommend.

Léa HWe couldn't sleep because bus was shaking too much. Plus one seat couldn't bend totally meaning you were half up and one seat had problem with air conditioner so it was freezing

Salim AThe journey departed on time, although the trip to Sapa took longer than advertised. Overall, it was a comfortable, clean, and safe ride, and the staff were kind, courteous, and helpful throughout.
There are, however, a few areas for improvement. Wi-Fi would be a welcome addition, the bathroom should have running water, and the blankets could be cleaner. The LCD entertainment screen was also not working during the journey. In addition, the ticket showed the wrong departure address in Hanoi, which caused unnecessary confusion.
Despite these issues, the overall experience was positive, and with a few improvements, this would be an excellent transport service
