Driver picked us up on time in the meeting point, loaded our bags and got us all on the bus and handed everyone a bag with snacks and water in which was very nice, vehicle was clean and comfortable

Good communication. Clean, limousine in very good condition. Driver a little surly but drove well. No water offered or pick up/drop off from hotel. I find the varying nature of what different limousine companies offer, quite confusing.

We booked a luxury ride from Tam Coc to Hanoi (around 2 hour trip). The ride was okay, but twice we had to switch vehicule. Each time, we had to wait and the car was getting older and older. At the end, my boyfriend had to sit on a added-on seat in the 7 passenger van so we could be 8 passengers... We made it, but I wouldn't call it a luxury limousine ride.
