Pick up was late and we arrived an hour late. We were dropped in front of the opera house instead of the old quarter which is fine but should have been advertised. They made us swap buses which was just a bit weird. The pick up location was not confirmed until 30 mins before departure via WhatsApp. This location was different to the PDF voucher.

The place was overbooked. I was sent to a different location and put into another sprinter, which was not the one shown in the pictures. We also started the trip almost an hour late. I’m giving 2 stars only because we arrived safely and nothing happened during the journey.

Excellent customer service and bus. I don’t give them 5 stars because they picked up the wrong person, so I had to wait for another bus to pick me up like 1 hour and a half later. But even though they resolved it and were always responsive.

He placed my suitcase right in the middle of the seats, obviously forcing it in and damaging it even more, despite my having sent a message specifically to warn you about this. Furthermore, he didn't pick us up at our original location at all; we had to go to a hotel

The driver said theres only room for 2 people, there were 4 of us. I was talking to an operator on the phone who messaged me and they arranged another ride over an hour later. The original driver ignored me and the other girl that got left behind and I had to be assertive to figure out what was going on. After more waiting, we transfered cars and buses 3 times, the limo was comfortable. We didnt get dropped off at the correct location. The driver dropped off one lady at her hotel and the rest at some random spot in Hanoi old town. Anyways, you might have better luck...
