Excellent pick up and handover service between vehicles. But the driver drove way too fast from Ninh Binh to Hanoi. Sitting at the back of the minivan which was old and did not have the latest suspension. You felt every bump in the road! There were a lot of of them. It would have been nice to sleep as it was a very early bus!

Van never showed up and then we were told we wouldn't get a refund and if we wanted a ride on the next van we would need to purchase a new ticket for the later van.

Even though the message with the picture of the car did not match the pickup car the driver found me and brought me to the office. Transfers were very smooth. Cars and Vans were all in a very good state, seat belts working. We arrived on time or even ahead of time whenever I booked with this company. On a side note to other travelers: I booked 13h, but was picked up at 12.30h. Have a buffer in your schedule.

Once at the office waiting for departure, no one told us that the van was already there waiting for us and which one it was. We almost missed the departure. Also before that we asked to leave our stuff in the office so we could grab a coffee, they said yes but when we came back the staff was gone and left our luggage unsupervised. They don't speak a word of english. Also the driver was very rude to us when we asked to stop for toilets. They didnt have toilets in the Ninh Binh office and we had to hold it for 2h, it was very painful and the way they drove made it worse.

Late setting off 3 different vehicles used and none like the limousine picture shown last one slamming the boot closed on bags and the last driver threw us out of his vehicle at a different location than the booking told us in Hanoi which became a nightmare for our booked location 😡

The positive thing is we arrived safely at our destination city and had no accidents. But we were stopped at another location than was stated in the PDF. We arrived and checked in earlier than anyone for our van, but yet I had to ask myself almost on departure time of the van outside was ours and we were never called. So we ended up having to sit separate in the van. The communication, attitude, driving style and luggage treatment of the driver was brutal and aggressive. Big part of the time he was driving with one hand on the steering wheel and the other one using cell phone. All in all we didn’t feel we were having a safe trip. Chairs were comfortable, but there was no space for my knees where and feet.
