The worst experience in Vietnam. It wasn’t a transfer, we needed to take three different cars. They picked up with a car and brought us to Ninh Binh office, we waited for more than 30 minutes another bus, once arrived in Hanoi we needed to take another bus, and since the driver didn’t know where our hotel was, we needed to get off and walk for 15 minutes in Hanoi city centre with the luggages to reach the hotel. The worst service ever

Really good the provider reacted basically the minute i booked to hammer out the exact details. The drive from Ninh Binh to Hanoi was fast and without any interuption and the transfer from the pickup/dropoff busses and the main Bus worked without a hitch under guidance from the employee at the other end of a whatsapp line. All in all you can happily book this bus for any transfers from Ninh Binh to Hanoi

It wasn’t clearly explained that the first van was just for pickup and that we would need to transfer to another one and wait; luckily, it was only a 10-minute wait. The driver to Hanoi was not very careful while driving. We had been asked by email to provide our accommodation in Hanoi to check if a drop-off nearby was possible, but in the end, everyone was dropped off at the same location.

We appreciated that the first driver came to pick us up from the place we wanted, he was on time. We had 3 vehicles to take us to our destination (my hotel). The long-distance bus was very comfortable and he drove carefully. Negative point: the last driver was unpleasant because he couldn't find our hotel even though we had given him the address.

We had to take 3 different vans for a trip that wasn't even 3 hours long. The first car was at full capacity and it was too small to fit 5 people, so very uncomfortable, the second van was ok and the last one had the seats broken so not only uncomfortable but also dangerous.
