The bus itself was good and had curtains. But it was rescetuled twice. Every time an hour earlier. We could make it but if you have plans thats good to know. And they told us to leave the bus at the wrong bus station. 20 minutes drive outside the city with a lot of taxi drivers. I told the bus driver it is not the place mentioned at 12goasia but he didnt care. I guess they want to make more money because it is too far to walk.

We had a very good trip with Laman express. On our beds was a welcome-letter and we got snacks, breakfast and drinks for free. The bathroom on the train was really clean all the time. Trainride was very bumpy, but you got used to that. We would absolutely like to go with Laman Express again.

The quality of the bus was good. I was lucky to find a seat sort of next to my partner. The bus driver was really rude, commanding people to do this and that. He was an aggressive driver even by Vietnam standards, and honked the horn constantly all night, spoke loudly all night, picked up people that had nowhere to sit. They had staff members I think sleeping in the aisles, unfortunately next to me and I had a few unwanted feet and elbows making their way into my space. Oh and the bus was late by about an hour but I was told a few hours in advance by whatsapp

1.20 hours late, thrown into the bus without explanation, water or any kind of kindness, bags thrown without any consideration. Unfriendly and rude driver and operators. And luckily it was a VIP sleeping bus (some of the staff spent half an hour loudly expectorating into a basket) ​
