Would not recommend this company at all every bus that arrived was so rude and kept saying I wasn’t on any of the buses despite having two tickets. Eventually I got onto a bus and the behaviour from two of the staff members was disrespectful and rude would not recommend also it was so so loud. Only time I have interacted with rude Vietnamese people which says a lot !

The bus itself was nice. The blanket was a bit short and not as soft as others but okay. Unfortunately we kicked off the bus outside the town but booked drop off in town and they didn’t provided a taxi. They said (after booking) that they not allowed to drive into the city. It’s a bit of scam because they should write it before booking. We had to pay extra for a grab :( But drivestyle was rough and sometimes I felt a bit unsafe and we didn’t had any breaks during the 13h drive. We arrived 3 hours to early

So much softer beds than Fanxipan. What a difference! Also the whole look and feel is better. The restrooms are cleaner! I would always only want to travel with Violette train. But 1,5 hour later arrived at Da Nang

The train journey was eventually pretty good once we’d set off and it was quite comfortable. Unfortunately at the station we were pointed to the direction of another lady and she ticked us off on her notepad then said if we wanted the bottom bunks we’d have to pay another 1.7 million VND. We needed to get on the train and it was all a bit rushed. She directed us to the train and charged us the extra. We then got on the train and the bottom bunks. I was sure this wasn’t right so checked with the staff on the train. They looked shocked and horrified that this had happened. They were so nice and helpful on the train and thankfully gave us our money back and apologised. If we hadn’t said anything then we would have been scammed out of another £50. We were very grateful to the staff on the train but we are sure the lady at the station had done this to many others and scammed them also. Please be careful when being ushered around to get on these trains as there are some scams. Thank you to the staff on the train for their kind and quick response but at the station needs to be more control of this from happening.

The train was right on time. Information at the station was unclear for Westerners. It was difficult to understand English on the station and the train. The cabin was very dirty and dusty. The beds were not clean (stains on the sheets). The restrooms were dirty and poor. Nice experience just for once. Hai van pas by train is nice!
