20 Minuten before we arrived at a tourist trap and we were told to wait 15 minutes because the driver needs a break. As we wanted to go around the building and not through the building we got aggressively yelled at for not going through the shop. We how ever just continued our path to the bus waiting on the other side of the building without going in the shop.

Lack of communication the first bus was late and we had to change buses 3 times so were delayed in our journey. Saying that all 3 of the buses were comfortable and clean with water offered in each of them.

We were asked to be at the pick up point 50 minutes before and drove via hotels another 20 minutes before we left Hanoi. A ride of less than 2 hours took in total 3,5 hours

I was never picked up, the hotline was inaccurate and after googling their number and arguing with them they send a driver an hour later.

All drivers spoke little to no English, the bus driver was yelling to get us off and the instructions were not clear as there was no English spoken, thankfully one of the travellers with us spoke Vietnamese but he said that the driver was super unclear and made no sense. The bus was not cool, the aircon itself was hot air. We weren’t allowed to recline the seats which is a part of the service. The chairs were sticky and there were half empty bottles of water left in cup holders. Super unimpressed.
