We were aware that we could have to change of véhicules several times. But in this case we were taken by a car at the airport and dropped in Hanoï in front of the agency and waited more than an hour the limousine to Ninh Binh. After that we changed one more time of limousine. But the both limousines followed one each other, drived fast and stopped to take gazoil. After we stopped a last time to change and pushed in a car. That was not a pleasant trip but above all drivers were unpolite and rude with not a word to theirs passengers.

Avoid! As per other reviews, the pick-up location was changed 15 minutes prior to the departure time via WhatsApp. We had to walk 15 minutes in the midday heat to the new location carrying our bags. No apology or assistance offered by the provider. They then arrived 20 minutes late, the vehicle had rubbish on board from the previous passengers. Driving was very fast and aggressive. Avoid unless absolutely no other bus provider available…

The ride itself was great, 5 stars, but the part that lost them points was the initial communication regarding the pickup. The ad stated in the description that pickup at your hotel within the old quarter was part of the deal. Then after paying the description included conflicting information regarding pickup at a central rally point, which was almost 1 km away from our hotel. Walking wouldn’t have been a problem except for all of our luggage. We communicated back and forth a few times and by 30mins prior to departure we had to abandon the hope of a hotel pickup. We started walking to the rally point with our luggage. After standing there for 10-15 mins with some direct contact with the service provider, eventually we got picked up by a man in a smaller SUV. he drove us to the full size bus and we boarded the bus with 5 minutes to spare. Like I said, the bus drive was fine. It wasn’t the 12 seater limo bus as shown in the ad. It was a full size tour bus. But that’s ok. We got to our destination in comfort… just had a rocky start.

We waited at the transfer point for almost 2 hours. I couldnt check the maps comments before. When i read them, I recognised that most of people faced same problems. This bus firm is not equal to 12 Go quality as a service. I had a limited time in that day, and due to delay, I missed some points of my visiting places. And they cannot give me the time and missed experiences unfortunately.

The bus we got was very different from the one in the photo. Instead of a modern bus, we were given an old one. For a 2‑hour trip we had to change buses twice, so we actually travelled in three different buses. Communication was also very poor; nobody clearly explained what we were supposed to do or where to go. We had to figure everything out for ourselves. On the positive side, the bus was on time and we arrived safely.

They picked us up from a random street corner we were told to be at 30 mins early. Also we had to ask 3 different people for the address as it was never provided. They then stuck us in a small SUV which was NOT what we ordered. We drove in this for 40 mins before getting to the bus. Drove in the bus for 1 hour before they made us get off and stuck us in ANOTHER SUV. We booked a 2 hour bus ride… I would never book with this company.
