We arrived in time which was good, but there was too much luggage kept in the passenger space, making it not a 'limousine' comfortable ride. In addition, the driver was very focussed on his phone (listening to voice memo's and sending them, texting) instead of paying attention to road safety.

The pickup was on time 😊 but we moved between 3 different vans which was a surprise to me. The first van was really rough and we were in there for 30/40 minutes before transferring to the main van we spent most of our time in. Overall I wish all the vans we were in were the ones pictures online. 2 out of the 3 vans we were in were not the nice “limo” vans.

We book for a trip from hanoi to tam coc and when we arrived to ninh binh, the driver ask me for money to drive me to tam coc. I paid him and suddenly he told us to change of vehicle to one with another driver. We kept my money anyway. I tried to call the number of the company and also to contact with 12go and no one reply me. So bad service.

Most confusing experience. The pickup point displayed on the map was wrong, which was the only explanation given where to wait for your pickup.

At first, the operator did not pick us up from the old quarter. They claimed that they wrote to me on messenger, which was not true. Then, the car broke down on the way and we had to wait for another one. So there was a delay. It caused problems with further communication. The driver watched footbal game while driving. It was so loud.

The driver was super rude to everyone. The woman in front of us was throwing up half the way. We had to change vehicles 2 times. The luggage was thrown around. The vehicle was okay but it was super cold and the driver drove vigorously.
