Krzysztof MOur trip from Hanoi to Ninh Binh with Daichii was a very disappointing experience. We had a booking for 6:00 PM, but earlier we received a message on WhatsApp asking us to arrive at the pickup point at 5:00 PM. When we got there, we waited about 10 minutes only to be told to come back at 6:00 PM.
Unfortunately, the confusion didn’t end there. We were then taken to another office and told that the departure would be at 7:00 PM instead. The whole organization was chaotic and highly unprofessional.
The bus itself was in very poor condition — it was dirty, and there were bugs on the back seats. On top of that, we had to change vehicles several times.
I strongly do not recommend this company. Traveling just 100 km took 4 hours.

Anastasia SExtremely poor experience with this transfer service. Nobody contacted us in advance, and we had to search for their WhatsApp number on Google ourselves because the hotline listed in the PDF kept hanging up every time we called.
To make matters worse, they sent us to a different pickup location than the one указан in the PDF. The car was supposed to arrive at 11:10, but no one showed up—and there was zero communication about any delays.
By 11:30, we finally managed to reach an operator on WhatsApp, but only after calling them and explicitly asking them to check their messages. Once they finally responded, they have sent us other driver to pick up and bring to limousine, which seems has already left.
Very disorganized service and extremely frustrating experience.

Rico KOrganisation was alright. A car took us from office to the van, the van to Ninh Binh and finally another car to Tam Loc.
The driver was crazy though. Even for vietnam standards. Driving so aggressively on the highway. Car also had a small problem on the way, he checked it fast, decided to drive like a maniac after this even though the motor sounded not so good anymore.
We travelled through Asia for 6 months, many countries and we know that the driving standards are different from Europe. But this was by far the worst experience. We did not feel safe.

Marvin WBooked a direct connection and had to switch busses midway. The bus was half an hour late. At the pickup location wasnt any info and no stuff to help us out. Nor did we get information on the delay. After getting picked up we then stoped 4 times and had to wait multiple minutes each stop for more people getting on the bus. This was not as described - as we booked a direct no stop trip.
Over all it took us close to four hours instead of the noted 1.5h. Overall bad experience, bad communication/information. Would not book again

Thomas HVery disappointing. The pick up and drop off were not at the points sent through to us on confirmation. We were out on a big bus then we had booked onto an eleven seater. The aircon was not very good. The chargers didn’t work. We also stopped for over half an hour which made us a lot later than stated. We definitely didn’t get what we paid for and when I pointed this out to the person who WhatsApped me 20 minutes before departure with the new pickup location I was told that we had used the service, so that was that, even though we didn’t get what we paid for! Don’t use if you can help it.

Max EThe bus was way too late from the beginning. Then we waited for two people on the highway to get picked up by another bus, because they were on the wrong one. After that we waited for 5 orher peoble who arrived in a grab car on the highway to join the ride. Nobody explained what was happening it all. Overall we waited for more than one hour and the whole ride took nearly 4 hours.
In the end the destination was completly different from what was stated our ticket. When we asked, we were offered to get dropped off on the highway. We choose that and had to call a grab car for a 25 min drive to get to the destination we actually booked.
Overall it would have been a better experience if the trip would have been spontaniously cancelled. So sadly ZERO stars.
