Andrew JPick-up was scheduled in the Old Quarter but ended up being an hour late, with very little communication. We were eventually collected by a man in a car, which added to the confusion. Instead of being taken directly, we were dropped off in a residential area outside the city centre and had to wait another 30 minutes for the bus—which was not the limousine service that had been advertised.
The journey then involved another unexpected change in Ninh Binh, where we switched to a smaller limousine for the final leg to Tam Coc. In total, we arrived around two hours late. This may have been due to Tet, but clearer communication throughout would have made a big difference. Lisa HWent from car to van to another van. Midway they dropped us off at their office where we had to wait around 1 hour and nobody told us what was going on.

Paris POverall a good service; free water, comfortable seats and clean vehicle, air con was a good temperature and wasn’t freezing like some buses. Spent some time driving around looking for other passengers so we were put behind schedule because of this. Would book again.

Alexandru DWe had 2.30h min delay,So if you have all the time in the world to wait it may be your company. They contacted me about a pickup spot that was future from the original one "as the traffic is bad in old quarter" that was fine we walked 20min with the luggages we didn't minded it. The journey supposed to start 3.10pm.but we aggred 3.20-30pm for the next two hours the operator was between ghosting my messages for 30-1 h or keep on saying that he will come soon around 4pm. Honestly if he would of told me that will be 2h late was fine I could of have some food relax but to rush to get catch the bus and to be lied every few min and taken for a fool makes no sense.

Isabelle LWhat should have been a 2 hour drive turned into a 5 hour nightmare. We weren’t told there would be two extra transfers, and were picked up in a random car with the rest of the group going in a minibus. We waited for the main bus for 2 hours, with no communication whatsoever. If you can, go with another company.
