Ferry nu arata grozav , a avut intarziere 40 minute Conform programului afisat de 12Go am luat dus intors krabi -phi phi ora 10.30 si retur 13.30-15 si cand am ajuns in phi phi am vazut cat era intarzierea ( 40 minute ) . DE ALTFEL fapt toti operatorii de turism afisEAZA 2 ore drumul . Asadar am anulat biletele retur si surpriza NERAMBURSABIL . 40 minute intarziere la retur pierdeam avionul . Desi consider ca 12Go ar trebui sa ma ajute cu rambursarea dat fiind ca datele trecute de ei nu sunt corecte

in teoria l’itinerario doveva essere 14 partenza e arrivo a destinazione finale alle 18. arrivati alla bus station di Krabi ci dicono che il nostro van è over chiedendoci scusa partiamo alle 14.40 che poi sono state le 15. mettici il traffico e altro, arriviamo alle 18.45 a Phuket but station dove scopriamo di dover fare il cambio con un altro van e arriviamo a destinazione alle ore 20.30. lo riprenderò? credo di sì perché è l’unico modo per spostarsi, ma è giusto sapere a cosa si va incontro

Partiti in orario e arrivati in orario. Navigazione molto tranquilla.

L'unico problema è che l'aria condizionata non funzionava ed era molto calda e soleggiata.

L'autista non era puntuale. Ho dovuto trovare un altro taxi per prendere il mio traghetto.

The boat was easy to locate and not rocky at all, the Seats were not that fancy But that is what you get for this price.

Smaller, and I got a deep cut on my leg from a pipe under the chair. Otherwise a chill ferry ride, got there in good time and the views were beautiful. Very average ride and care.

I paid for the hour and a half trip. It ended up to be two hours and 20 minutes.

No supportive staff , very arrogant behaviour

Was really nice the different islands we visited, well organized and very kind the staff, really recommended, don’t miss to do it if in Krabi. Very nice the local lunch included in the price as well.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews but I believe it’s important to let people know who might want to take this trip. The experience was like from a horror movie. No loo paper, no sink, people vomiting left right and centre. Sea water coming in the gaffa-taped windows, pushy taxi sales man and not enough leg room- I’m 5ft 3 and most people had to sit sideways because their legs wouldn’t fit. We left on time, which was great as I’ve been on another ferry that left about 45 minutes late. However, while on board, an operator from the company pretty pushy about trying to get people to book a taxi at about double the price of a grab to get to Ao nang. Then I went to use the toilet. I got there and there was no toilet paper left and no sink to wash your hands. There was a flushing loo (woo) but only a bin, sprayer, and big bucket of water with a scoop to flush with. So I went back upstairs and asked the lady behind the stall selling food if there was any more toilet paper. I got a very blunt reply saying ‘no’ and that it was finished. There was a pretty rude vibe. Thankfully I had wetwipes and tissues in my bag. Afterwards, I went to where my rucksack was being stored to put my tissues away. I briefly sat down on the bench to have a drink with no intention of staying there long. The taxi man sales man ordered me pretty aggressively to go back to my seat. He then told me that many people had died that day (felt like an exaggeration as no news heard about this/maybe a translation issue?). I told him I was just having a drink. He continued telling me off. I went downstairs and found a seat. The sea was really rocky (no fault of the boat operators) but really concerningly many windows were leaking so when we rolled about, sea water was splashing on people’s heads. This kind of felt like part and parcel of the trip so not a major moan but it did add to the overall feeling of not being safe. Then, it got extremely rocky. I took two travel sickness pills yet had to go out of the main seating area and sit on luggage because I felt so ill. When I got there it appeared I’d reached the sick bay. There was sick on a nearby seat. A lady was huddled in the fetal position while another lady splashed water on her face. A man threw up above us into a bag on the stairs. People had put on lifejackets. People were clinging to railings and looking very scared. Thanks to the kindness of strangers, when I was sick I had a plastic bag and some wet wipes. But the tour operators were no where to be seen. We were basically left to deal with it ourselves. I wish that they had at least come downstairs to hand out bags or see if people needed water. I would have paid for the water and bag if needs be. I’m so grateful to the kind ladies who nursed me and one another. And the other strangers who looked out for me. I totally get that sea sickness or rocky seas aren’t anyone’s fault but I really wish there had been more compassion. I was on the boat with a lot of really young backpackers. Some looked very scared. And, the ferry arrived 45 minutes after scheduled so my grab driver had to wait a long time. Please, tour guide if you are reading this, do better.

Very cramped an uncomfortable.

The boat is good for Krabi airport and town but is old, slow and very hot. Be aware of the taxi transfer scam that they're pushing when you're on the boat. It's easy to get a grab from the port

Everything went smoothly we got picked up at the hotel and drive to the pier where the ferry was waiting to take us, the ferry ride was great very calm and the upper deck was nice not crowded but we needed sun screen because it was very hot.

The boat left on time, the seating is totaly fine. I took a nap and woke up on Koh Phi Phi :)

Too slow! Ticket said 1.5 hours but it took 2h15 minutes until the arrival

The air conditioning was way too cold and the seats super small, at the lower deck you couldn't hear yourself speak bc of all the noises

We booked a speedboat but it was an old boat, which was dirty, and the space of the seats was much to small and uncomfortable. They say it takes you 1,5 hour with the speedboat, but with this boat it took us 2 hours. Mind your booking with this company!

It was a pleasant trip. The ferry had a open space on the top with stunning views and unfortunate moments. Crossing such short distance by speed boat and missing those pictured panorama around is not worthy.

The reservation site stated that the departure time was 10:30 and the arrival time was 12:00, but the actual arrival was at 12:45. The departure was not delayed, and the weather was fine. The ferry ride was smooth and comfortable. If the correct time is not listed, there’s a risk of missing a flight.

Scheduled were 1.5 hours. But it took 2 hours like all the other ferries. Need to adjust the timing and lower the price to have the same price as the other ferries.

Amazing guides... extended itinerary to see luminescent plankton. Super fun and highly recommend to all travelers. Beyond my expectations. This made my entire trip in Phi Phi and Phuket/Thailand.

On time, great transfer and staff will organise a mini bus to your hotel for 100 baht

This trip was OK. Unfortunately, passengers were constantly being harassed by staff wanting to sell them 'onwards' tickets.

Picked us up at our hotel on Ao Nang beach and drove us to the ferry for. The ride from Klong Jilad to PhiPhi was smooth, easy and beautiful. No complaints for this being the single best deal available for transfer and ferry, you will not find better.

Simple and quick process. Ferry on time and reasonable clean with AC. A few ants on the boat but no cockroaches like another ferry we have used.

It was on time but the AC was not working, we had to open the windows also it was moving slow, i think of all these ferries Andaman Wave is the best

Charged more before getting on the boat for a taxi to drop off on other side. Was 150 bhat before and when we arrived in krabi people where offered 100 bhat to be dropped in basically the same area.
