Avrei gradito sapere in anticipo che il viaggio Siem Reap - Koh Rong prevedeva un cambio a Phnom Penh e uno stop fuori città, avrei avuto qualche possibilità in più di dormire restando su un solo mezzo.

Rafal BAll'inizio sembrava tutto a posto, ma poi siamo arrivati a Samloem con 2 ore di ritardo rispetto a quanto dichiarato, abbiamo aspettato più di un'ora per il traghetto mentre altre ditte stavano partendo. Al molo non c'era traccia della compagnia e tutti sembravano disorientati e hanno dovuto chiedere in giro, inoltre il traghetto è andato prima a 2 moli di Koh Rong e poi si è fermato a Samloem (il viaggio in traghetto in totale è stato di oltre 1,5 ore). Forse è meglio cercare un bus e una barca separati piuttosto che pagare 45$ per un trasferimento senza problemi e un arrivo a Samloem che non avrete (anche questo prezzo include il biglietto di ritorno, quindi tenetelo a mente quando tornate).

Chiara RIl viaggio da Phnom Penh a Sihanoukville è andato bene. Solo una fermata (10-15 minuti).
Il viaggio dura circa 3,30 ore, un po' più del previsto.
L'autobus era comodo e la strada è in buone condizioni.

Lucas SL'autista era di prim'ordine e le varie persone della compagnia erano tutte fantastiche, ma i passeggeri con noi erano irrispettosi. Due volte troppi bagagli e scoreggiavano spudoratamente nel mini bus, così abbiamo avuto una puzza con noi per tutto il viaggio.

Samuel RServizio incredibile! Abbiamo preso un taxi privato con sedili grandi e comodi per Phnom Penh. Poi abbiamo aspettato per circa mezz'ora prima che un furgone ci venisse a prendere e ci portasse a Ho Chi Minh City. Il confine è stato facile e il furgone era comodo.

Yvonne HMinivan molto confortevole e super pulito da Sihanoukville a Phnom Penh con Wlan e aria condizionata. Eravamo solo due passeggeri. Abbiamo cambiato autobus a Phnom Penh e abbiamo dovuto aspettare circa un'ora, ma non è stato un problema. Anche l'autobus era comodo e con molto spazio. Alla frontiera non sapevamo bene cosa stesse succedendo, ma tutto ha funzionato bene ed è stato organizzato per noi. Non preoccupatevi se vi prendono i passaporti, organizzano tutto per voi. Siamo arrivati a Ho Chi Minh con circa un'ora di ritardo a causa del tempo e del traffico.
Nel complesso è stato un buon viaggio senza aspetti negativi.

Thi TAbbiamo avuto un'esperienza terribile. La macchina è davvero angusta, non come nella foto. la ragazza era seduta accanto all'autista (cambogiano) e parlava al telefono per quasi tutto il viaggio, era molto rumorosa e l'autista non è stato accondiscendente.

Thomas VIl furgone era in ritardo. Si è anche fermato 4 volte per far scendere la gente del posto. Il furgone ha preso la strada veloce, ma ha impiegato comunque 4 ore per il viaggio a causa di tutte le fermate. Questo significa che all'arrivo abbiamo dovuto affrettarci a prenotare il biglietto per la barca.Nessun aiuto

Jeffrey LThe first part was fine, but the second half from Phnom Penh to Seam Reap was the worst. I stuck in the back of the van where it was beyond cramped. That portion of the trip took over 6 hours, which might have been due to the multiple stops the driver made: I counted at least four restroom stops, not to mention the extra passenger drop offs.

Hannah KI booked my ticket so that I would arrive in Siem Reap for 7.30pm however when I reached my transfer in Phnom Penh they told me I would have to wait until 4.30pm for my bus meaning that I wouldn’t arrive until around 10pm. When I questioned this as there was an earlier bus leaving which would have got me to Siem Reap on time the employee just looked at me and laughed. There was no explanation as to why my arrival time was pushed back 2.5hrs and this caused a lot of stress as I was unsure if my hostel reception would still be open on my arrival. I understand that sometimes things change but to have someone laugh in my face and give no explanation was not acceptable in my eyes.

Moritz SAfter taking the boat we needed to waiting for 1.5 hours to get into the bus. After arriving in Phnom Penh we needed to change busses and needed to wait for another hour for it. So we arrived almost 2 hours later then expected and it was just because of the long waiting-times. The busses do not have any leg room if you’re a bit tall so it was not comfortable at all.

olivia Itook way longer than it said. went from sihanoukville to siem reap, it said 9 hrs but it was 12. we were in a decent sized mini bus to phenom penh but then they moved us to a tiny mini bus with not enough room for everyone and their bags. there were bugs in the bus too. the bus driver stopped every 20 minutes, even after everyone on the bus kept asking if he could just carry on driving because we were already late and he just laughed in our faces. wouldn’t recommend.

Kevin BWe paid a little more than we needed to because the transport was advertised as a “comfort minibus”, the photo also appeared to show a type of vehicle that we’ve been happy travelling on before. What we actually got was a regular minivan. I hate minivans, they are the worst kind of transport going for a long journey. They pack you in like sardines, they struggle to fit everybody’s luggage in, the seats are too close together and there is little leg room. In fact, if you end up in the row behind the driver, there is no leg room at all. They are ok for short journeys but are very uncomfortable for longer journeys. I would not have booked this had I known in advance.

Clara GIt’s not very luxurious when you sit at the back. They stopped multiple times in Phnom Penh to drop people off, and at one point, during the last hour of the journey, a guy got on and had to stand because there were no seats left.

nieztego Mixed experience. First part from Hcmc to pp went very smooth, all on time, stops exactly as promised, immigration went very quick also due to help from a driver. Second part from pp to Sihanouk not so good, i was placed in a van and waited there for about an hour until other passengers arrived. We had a substantial delay (1.5 h) and the driver drove very dangerously for about 30 minutes.

Jacques CGoing from koh Rong sanloem to Saigon with a single ticket was already amazing. The trip went well and cherry on the cake we arrived at a walking distance of my hotel. Speed ferry was good, bus was vintage but comfortable. Excellent value for money !

Kieron VJourney was good, border crossing went very easy. Only thing is that the bus drivers tried to charge us money for a so called “border fee” which doesnt exist. Also for a visa which we allready had, so that didnt make any sense. Watch out for that!

Helga MWe travellel from Sihanoukville to PhnomPen . We departed on time and arrived on time as well. The driver drove well, the minibus was comfortable, and the air conditioning was working. There was also a stop where we could use the restroom or buy food and water. I recommend it!

Aksel RFirstly our driver almost fell asleep several times on the way, as he swerved across the road multiple times. We had to wake him up and keep him awake for the whole trip, which was really scary as we feared for our lives.
Secondly our ferry didn’t go our destination at Sok San. It only sailed to Long Set Pier, which is on the opposite site of the island. They said it was the mistake of 12GO as their company didn’t sail to that port. Therefore we had to catch a taxi to get us across the island which costed 20 USD and a lot of trouble.

Kitti NI had a very good experience traveling from Phnom Penh to Koh Ron Sanloem. It was a very smooth ride, was perfectly organized, we even departed a bit earlier because everyone was there in time. The drivers were super nice, the van had an AC, the ferry departed just in time and we got there as planned. Could only recommend!
