I viaggi in traghetto dipendono fortemente dalle condizioni meteorologiche.

Autobus Bus + Ferry + Bus, Seudamgo (เสือดำโก), 10 set 2026
The driver kept to the timetable. He sometimes drove very fast.
The van was fairly comfortable.
There was very little space for luggage. Fortunately, there were only four pieces of luggage for eight people.
Not much leg room as sat behind driver, also they waited far too long for a pothead who was 20 mins late, he just reaked of cannabis, he even arrived smoking one and offered the driver l, if it would have been in England he wouldn't have got on the bus, as I'd have made sure he didnt
We took the transfer from Bangkok to Koh Chang and the advertised 4h20 of travel time were a complete lie. We didn't know that, but the real time is at least 8hours and that's how long it took for us to arrive. It was falsely advertised and we purposely paid more before because we believed we would arrive after 4 hours.
Driver was very recklessly driving and constant heavy braking and exacerbating as well as experiencing g forces driving over speed bumps made the trip very uncomfortable.
Great transfer, good communication, good driving, nice clean and air conditioned vehicle, made a couple of stops and took everyone straight to their accommodation!
Very good, very efficient.
Boat is new and confortable, bus is decent.
Pick up drive with songthaew was a bit extreme. These drivers often drive uncomfortably too fast.
When we were supposed to go by transfer to the pier from the hotel, we lesrned that there was no boat at the booked time.
We had to stay one more day at Koh Kood and lost our appointments in Bangkok and Ratchaburi for that day.
The shipping company gave us one night hotel in one of their resorts, but the problem we had could not be solved.
They did not show up. Waited for 3 hours in the sun to be picked up. Eventually they responded and cancelled my ticket. They did however refund the money.
We had bad seats (no windows. 4A and 4B). The bus was almost empty. We asked to change, the woman told us no, maybe later. We waited after departure. The bus was still very empty. We moved two seats back. She didn’t say anything. Then we moved on the other side because of the sun. After a while she came and asked 200 baths for change of seats. We paid but towards the end asked her why we had to pay. She answered not precisely. She left. After a while she came back with our 200 baths and gave them back to us. Weird…..
when i booked didnt say we stop ar ko mak first, anda didt say we Will wait in trat port for one hour and a half
Aldo. the place un trato has the pad thai fór 150bth...
What was advertised as a 4 hour travel day almost turned into a 12 hour travel day. The only thing that was on time was the pickup to take us to the ferry. The brought us an hour early. the workers at the bus station in Trat seemed very flustered, unorganized, and confused. So it seems like maybe this has to do with your company (not the workers). The ride said we would get to Pattaya at 12:15 pm. We didn’t even leave Trat until 12 pm, and arrived in Pattaya at 5:30. If you have any plans after this ride, I consider making them for the day after you’re supposed to arrive. This company is unreliable and not honest. This would be solved if you could figure out how to do proper and ethical advertising of the journey, rather than leading people on with the promise of a short ride just to get more money out of people. They cheat with the Transfer-Time to have more bookings you arrive at 4PM. not 12.15.

We were picked up in an overcrowded shared taxi. A message about when we would be picked up would have been nice as well — not only once the driver was already there. The bus to Bangkok was leaking when it rained, and either the driver didn’t know how to shift properly or the bus was close to breaking down. I was really worried that we would get stranded and that I would miss my flight.
It was really anything but comfortable. At least there was Wi-Fi on the bus.
There wasn't transfer on Kon Mak though we deliberately chose van+ferry+van.
Please update the information in description.
The rest was OK, we were picked up 70 min ahead of booked time and had 15-20 min on the pier which is quite comfortable time.
We travelled to Koh Kood. At check in we was already informed of an half an hour delay, after that no update even when we asked again, we was just told to wait. In the end the minivan arrived with 1 hour delay.
After we changed to Ferry instead of going directly to Koh Kood first the ferry went to Ko Tao to drop of a few people and only after to Koh Kood. We arrived din the end with almost 1,5 hour delay
According to the voucher, the company should have got in contact with us a day before the trip, but they never did. There also wasn't anybody at the ferry port (unlike other operators), the boat just turned up - slightly late, so we were wondering if we'd been forgotten.
Communication was very bad as the drivers didn't speak English. When changing from the boat to the bus, it was unclear if you had to take your luggage along or they would transport it for you.
There were a couple of (very old) buses taking the passengers from the ferry port to a nearby changing station, but some people were left behind because they weren't sure what would happen to their luggage.
At the changing station, the only place serving drinks and food was owned by the company and quite expensive and not particularly good.
The rest of the trip on the bus to Bangkok was okay. I would not recommend this company though.

We had to wait 1,5 hours to get in the van after getting out the boat… The van was confortable, but the driver try to drop us off at the airport instead of Rama center, and have been very aggressive toward me.

It was not a Minivan, it starts 30 minute to late an arrived 1 hore to lait, the destination was near by a gas station, in the middle of nowhere, not in the Nine Center Rama.
