Irene PLa compagnia è stata molto professionale. Da Siem Reap abbiamo cambiato bus a Phnom Phen e poi a Ho Chi Minh. Il primo sleeping bus era veramente molto comodo! L'unico problema del viaggio é che ci abbiamo messo più di 5 ore a passare la frontiera della Cambogia. Non é stata colpa della compagnia, ma scrivo questa recensione per maggiori informazioni per chi deve effettuare questa tratta.

Sofia PCi hanno cambiato con un altro autobus che parte mezz'ora dopo, quindi dobbiamo aspettare più di un'ora (bisogna andare presto) e nessuno ha inviato un'e-mail e niente per informarci. Hanno detto che il nostro autobus originale era pieno e che avevano esaurito i nostri posti. (Ci hanno cambiato i posti anche nel nuovo autobus, ma dopo aver parlato con la ragazza ci ha dato il posto originale nel nuovo autobus. Finalmente l'autobus è arrivato in tempo in città

Noemi AIl veicolo era scomodo, i sedili troppo vicini l'uno all'altro, l'aria condizionata non funzionava correttamente e mi sono sentita insicura per quasi tutto il viaggio. Elena EIl viaggio è stato perfetto, siamo arrivati a Battambang prima del previsto, 4,5 ore. Ci hanno dato dell'acqua e ci siamo fermati diverse volte per andare in bagno.
Lo spazio tra i sedili è molto stretto, un minibus.
L'unica cosa che non è ben localizzata su Google Maps è la fermata a Phnom Penh, bisogna inserire nel motore di ricerca: Saly VIP (Phnom Penh).

Alexandra VAvevamo un autobus con una serie di letti. Erano abbastanza comodi. Siamo arrivati in tempo. Tutto era pulito. Se viaggiate da soli, prenotate un posto nella fila singola, non sul lato con due sedili/letti vicini, perché non c'è molto spazio tra i sedili.

Angela CNon c'è assolutamente spazio per le gambe, per fortuna abbiamo potuto scambiare i nostri due sedili anteriori accanto all'autista con i sedili della fila posteriore (il sedile centrale, proprio accanto all'autista, era letteralmente una tavola su cui bisognava sedersi), chiunque superi 1,5 m non entra nei sedili.

Marco DL'autobus è stato puntuale, solo un po' in ritardo a destinazione.
Abbiamo prenotato due posti in prima fila per avere un po' più di spazio per le gambe. Per un errore della compagnia abbiamo dovuto sederci altrove. L'uomo al banco ci ha detto che non sarebbe stato un problema perché c'era spazio a sufficienza. Comunque i sedili erano troppo piccoli e molto scomodi (non per persone alte più di 1,8 m).
Inoltre l'aria condizionata non era in grado di raffreddare il veicolo, quindi il viaggio in autobus è durato 5,5 ore e mezzo.

Emma WHanno prenotato in eccesso il furgone che avevamo inizialmente prenotato, quindi ci hanno messo su quello successivo... supponendo che avremmo avuto un furgone simile e gli stessi posti, non è stato un problema! ma quando siamo saliti, era un autobus grande e siamo stati schiacciati in fondo, con i sedili più scomodi. siamo anche arrivati con più di un'ora di ritardo alla nostra destinazione...

Marina EOverall great experience. Sleeper bus very clean and comfortable. The mini van ride was comfortable as well. The boat ride efficient. Everything worked as it should. The stuff very friendly. And careful handling of my luggage.
I wish the trip would have been without the change in Phnom Penh. Somehow I had missed this information during booking. But in the end everything went well.

Caitlyn BWe booked what was advertised as a VIP sleeper from Siem reap to Koh rong. Turns out when we got to the check in desk that we’d only be on the sleeper for 6 hours and would need to get off of this in Phnom Penh, wait an hour and then at 6am get on a mini bus. Which to add was one of the most cramped, uncomfortable buses we’ve ever been on.
The sleeper bus itself is great and no faults there but the advertisement of the trip itself was very poor

DArcy WI booked last minute and the only available seat was the front, middle, between the driver and passenger her seat. Partially my fault but the seat should not even be offered. There is no place to put your feet, and the seat is on the transmission hump. It’s hard as a rock and there is not even a seatbelt. It was 4 hours of discomfort. The things we accept for flexibility. Needless to say I won’t make this mistake again!

Henry TBus was really comfortable and nice beds and curtains! No bathroom which was weird considering how nice the bus was. Made a lot of stops in the night and would just stay parked for long periods of time, also ended up getting to destination an hour before we were supposed to, so we waited 1.5 hours for our transfer instead of 30 minutes, which was a little rough at 5 am but also seems to generally be the way busses are here.

Brian CThis company is very unorganized. Nobody seemed to know what was going and nobody was able to provide assistance. Our sleeper cabin had no window and the AC was turned so low you could barely feel air coming out. We were incredibly hot all night and were sweating in our windowless wooden box. We were woken up at 5:30am for a transfer and had to wait for 1 hour until the transfer bus arrived. We have taken many sleeper buses throughout Asia and this was the worst.

Pamelia CI booked a single seat up high for my friend that has mobility issues and our seats were switched to two low beds. I did not like no windows which should have been explained. It was very clean, blankets nice, staff was very helpful. Loved getting help with our luggage from taxi to the stand. Very impressed with the gentleman outside working there! Inside staff at counter were friendly and polite.

kane PTicket was for a sleeper bus. Sleeper bus was very comfortable. Stoped for 1hr at services for toilet / food and drink etc. arrived to Phnom Penh in which we was transported onto mini bus which we wasn’t clear when booking.
Arrived at Phnom Penh at 5:10am, was told would be leaving at 6:30am. I went to the shop and left my partner at the depot and she was confronted at 5:45 telling us we need to get on the bus outside , it’s leaving now I need to hurry up etc. 5:50am we was on the bus. The bus driver was messing around in the area until 7:15am. Took us to the fruit market so he could get breakfast, then took us to the depot so he could have a cigarette with his friends. The bus was full with 0 seats. 0 space in the walkway as was rammed with bags. The backbench we was sat on had bags rammed underneath them so had no footspace at all , had a sit with our feet up on the rear seats. When the driver then left he decided to stop on 3 extra occasions trying to pick up local people when it was visually clear there was no space. We didn’t arrive until 10:30am. The journey should have been 2hr 30mins.

Max Everything worked fine, the driver was very nice and we arrived on time with enough breaks. Space in the bus was very limited, so I'd rather pay a bit more for the possibility to move my legs :)

Sandra PI didn't know about the layover in Phnom Penh; it wasn't clear when I booked. The layover involved a tuk-tuk ride through a very dirty area. The drivers were all friendly, and the vans were clean.
