Autobus molto confortevole, viaggio molto piacevole, autista cordiale - ma ci sono volute 7 ore e mezza invece delle 4 e mezza pubblicizzate. Siamo partiti con oltre mezz'ora di ritardo rispetto all'annuncio e abbiamo fatto un percorso molto tortuoso per entrare in Malesia (senza fermate aggiuntive o pick-up, perché?). 3 ore dopo l'orario di partenza originale, eravamo a soli 50 km dal punto di partenza. Capisco che i tempi di percorrenza degli autobus variano sempre a causa del traffico, ma questo è stato un po' uno scherzo.

Mi chiamo LUU THANH TU, ho completato le procedure per aspettare al gate dell'autobus alla TBS. Tuttavia, Qitsna Express mi ha informato che l'autobus delle 12:30 del 12 marzo 2019 è stato cancellato (per motivi sconosciuti), e che mi verrà rimborsato il denaro con cui ho acquistato il biglietto sul conto della mia carta Visa. Ma non so ancora quando la Qitsna Express (o 12go.asia) effettuerà il rimborso, perché ho acquistato un altro biglietto per andare da KL a Singapore lo stesso giorno. L'autobus era in ritardo ma il personale addetto non è stato in grado di dirmi per quanto tempo sarebbe stato in ritardo. Mi hanno solo detto: "Dovete solo aspettare 2 ore, vi rimborseremo i soldi". Non avevamo 2 ore di tempo per aspettare, quindi mi hanno suggerito di acquistare nuovi biglietti per linee di autobus diverse per l'orario di partenza successivo e così abbiamo fatto. Ma prima dell'arrivo del nuovo autobus, è arrivato l'autobus in ritardo, così siamo saliti su quell'autobus e abbiamo sprecato i 2 nuovi biglietti appena acquistati. Vorremmo che il personale fosse informato meglio per comunicare con i passeggeri.

Il viaggio in autobus durava cinque ore. Siamo partiti con 30 minuti di ritardo e ci sono volute sette ore per arrivare. Per di più non ci hanno lasciato alla piccola sala giochi dell'India! L'autobus è partito con 15 minuti di ritardo. Abbiamo fatto 1 pit stop e poi 2 stop per l'immigrazione. Non è stato comunicato cosa avremmo dovuto fare quando l'autobus si è fermato e per quanto tempo.Non posso scegliere il posto a sedere quando acquisto i biglietti. Al momento dell'imbarco l'autista ha detto che i posti sono liberi. Dopo aver scelto il mio posto, alcuni passeggeri si sono avvicinati all'autobus e hanno affermato che avevamo preso i loro posti. Non abbiamo avuto altra scelta che lasciarglielo e ci siamo spostati in fondo all'autobus. Poi, a JB, l'autobus si è fermato a un chiosco di benzina e i passeggeri davanti hanno fatto scendere i loro bagagli. Dopo aver chiesto solo v ha saputo che l'autobus non ha il permesso di entrare a Singapore e v deve cambiare autobus.A parte questo, tutto è andato bene.

Non fidatevi degli orari, se avete programmi, perchè noi siamo arrivati alle 16.30 invece delle 13.30. Al gate stavamo quasi per perdere il bus x la poca professionalità dello staff. Del resto corriera comoda e autista simpatico!

Originariamente dovevo partire alle 23:50, per fortuna sono andato prima a imbarcarmi, poi ho scoperto che non c'era nessun autobus in partenza a quell'ora. Così il personale del banco TBS ha cambiato la prenotazione alle 23:00, dato che questo era il nuovo orario. Se fossi arrivato in ritardo o non avessi avuto abbastanza tempo, avrei potuto perdere l'autobus. Quindi, per l'agenzia di viaggi 12go, assicuratevi che tutti i vostri orari coincidano con quelli dell'operatore del bus. O almeno informateci del nuovo orario con un'ora di anticipo. Per quanto riguarda l'autobus, il divano ha un cattivo odore. In effetti, non sembrava una prenotazione VIP. Comunque, l'importante è arrivare a Singapore sani e salvi. L'operatore e l'agenzia di viaggi dovrebbero fare di più per servire bene i clienti.

Quindi è importante essere puntuali (anche prima dell'orario consigliato). Inoltre, leggete tutte le informazioni sul biglietto elettronico, in modo da sapere dove effettuare il check-in alla stazione degli autobus. Se vi recate allo sportello sbagliato, potrebbero volerci più di 20 minuti per ricevere i biglietti. 2. Frontiere (ce ne sono due - quella di Singapore è più importante) Se c'è un giorno festivo o un fine settimana, potrebbero essere necessarie 1-2 ore per attraversare il confine di Singapore. L'autobus potrebbe non aspettarvi. Tranquilli, i vostri bagagli saranno con voi, dovete scendere dall'autobus. Esperienza: Siamo partiti con 40 persone, ma solo 28 posti sull'autobus. Ne abbiamo lasciati 14 all'imbarco. Siamo stati fortunati.

The bust from Singapore to KL was on timed the information to so the clearance in the customs was given and it was pretty fast, but it took 7 hours to arrive. I guess this is the average time, not 4.

The Singapore bus made several stops in Singapore and was 1h late at the border. There is a bus change at the border, the seat reservation is for the malaysia bus. There was only 1 stop in Malaysia, so use the border toilets too. The total travel time was 8h and the bus didn't go to Kuala sentral as booked! The driver said, he can't stop there.

We specifically chose this bus because it was advertised as arriving at KL Sentral. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The journey ended up being more than three hours behind schedule. While delays can happen, what was most frustrating was that the bus did not even stop at KL Sentral. Instead, passengers were dropped off about 15 minutes away and left to find their own way to the booked destination. The reason given was a festival in Kuala Lumpur. However, this was clearly known in advance and passengers should have been informed before departure. The advertised travel time also seems unrealistic compared to the actual duration of the trip, even without big traffic jams. So keep this in mind when planning your travels. Overall, poor communication, a significant delay, and failure to deliver the booked drop-off location made this a disappointing experience. I would not choose this service again.

The travelling time was supposed to be 5 Hours and 8 minutes. We took 10 hours to arrive which is double the amount. If you look on google maps and check the route, you can see it is impossible to go to Kuala Lumpur in 5 hours 8 minutes...Of course we didnt check beforegand because you stated a time amd we trust you. My partner gets travel sick when in buses longer then 6-7 hours. This is why we where so happy about the bus. In the end we arrived at 19.00 instead of 14.00 and my girlfriend felt completely sick and had to throw up. And no - this is not due to traffic or any stops...I checked google maps times and It is physically impossible to arrive within your estimated arrival time from Singapore to KL...I am asking for a partial refund as double the amount of travelling time without any heavy traffic jams is really not okay. You need to change the travel time on the bus from SG to KL...

The driver did not know how to drive the bus, grinding all the gears, going too fast over rough road causing an uncomfortable journey. The bus broke down and we had to be transferred to a second bus! The driver stopped at random places with no explanation at all. We arrive in KL 10.5 hours after departure!

The bus journey from the Malaysia checkpoint to Malacca was comfortable and smooth. However, the bus from Bugis MRT to the checkpoint did not have the same comfortable seats. The staff throughout the journey were polite, informative, and friendly, which was appreciated. As a tourist with limited local knowledge, it was quite shocking to be dropped off in Malacca on a motorway with no access to taxi services or safe onward transport. This made the arrival stressful and unsafe. Please consider arranging drop-offs at safer, more accessible locations. For anyone booking this service, please be aware of this situation in advance.
