Due autisti si sono alternati durante le oltre dodici ore di viaggio. C'erano pause regolari per la toilette. C'erano porte USB sul sedile, così ho potuto ricaricare il mio cellulare. Purtroppo i sedili erano un po' scomodi durante la notte, il poggiapiedi avrebbe potuto essere più alto e la seduta più bassa. Ma soprattutto, a ogni decollo controllavano che ci fossero tutti. All'ingresso in Thailandia, io e mio figlio abbiamo impiegato più tempo perché eravamo gli unici non thailandesi. Lo Stuart ci aspettava all'uscita e ci ha riportato all'autobus. La frontiera non apre fino alle 6 del mattino, ora malese, per cui siamo arrivati alle 7.30. A causa di una maratona, però, non alla stazione degli autobus, ma da qualche parte in città. Ma l'autista dell'autobus non ha potuto farci niente. Nel complesso, tutto è filato liscio e tutti sono stati affidabili e cordiali, anche se non riuscivo a dormire. A Johor Bahru Larkin Sentral, la stampa costa 2 ringgit per biglietto.

Bud è partito in orario, i sedili erano incredibilmente comodi e spaziosi, l'autista pensava di essere un dono di Dio, sempre molto scortese e sgradevole, gli ho chiesto di chiudere il finestrino perché ero seduto proprio dietro di lui e stavo congelando, ma lui non l'ha chiuso e si è messo la giacca...? 10/10 per lo strato però

È una buona opzione, anche se non rispetta rigorosamente gli orari di arrivo e la posizione è un po' mal spiegata, perché sembra che debba essere all'interno della stazione degli autobus e il ritiro è sulla strada principale accanto alla stazione, una volta in stazione chiedete al punto informazioni e la persona vi dirà dove aspettare, dato che nella strada principale ci sono molte compagnie con grandi insegne ma nessuna con la scritta KPB express.

The bus started on time and had comfortable seats. The bus driver drove also safe and was friendlier than other bus drivers we experienced. We arrived a bit after scheduled time at KL (~30 minutes) but as it was a Friday afternoon and a lot of traffic this is probably difficult to avoid. So overall good experience.

The bus was delayed by more than an hour. It seemed like two buses were combined, as the one we booked didn’t appear to be very full. The footrest on my seat was broken, but apart from that the seats were extremely comfortable, and it was great that you could charge your phone on board

Hesitant at first when booking, so only booked one way ticket. Only issue was I booked and selected seats and whilst sat on bus, another male turned up and had same seat number on his ticket. Driver sorted it so no real drama. Clean coach, loads of room, comfy seats, air con great, journey time was less than stated. Couldn't fault it really, so much so, have now booked a return journey.

Bus was nice enough but the journey time was completely inaccurate. It took over 4 hours and was supposed to take around 2. Traffic was minimal so don’t see how we would have ever arrived in the time they said.
