Giovanni TCompagnia pessima!Assolutamente da evitare! Appena arrivati alla reception già la signora era antipatica e indisponente… poi siamo partiti, l’autista continuava a fermarsi per farsi gli affari suoi, ad un certo punto ci fermiamo e inizia a caricare merci che non potevano stare sul pulmino, come per esempio ventilatori, bombole di gas, sacchi enormi, facendoci mettere le nostre valigie sotto i piedi e mettendo anche i bagagli nel corridoio del pulmino bloccando anche le vie di uscita. Noi ci siamo opposti a questo trattamento e ci hanno riportato dalla reception, e trattandoci anche molto male ci hanno detto che non ci avrebbero portato a Siem Reap, non dandoci neanche il rimborso. Staff molto antipatico, ci hanno trattato malissimo e pretendevano ancora di avere ragione.

Guek TLa prenotazione online non è stata presa in considerazione dall'operatore. Mancavano due posti che erano già stati pagati. 3 persone stipate in piccole cabine da 2. E ci dicono chiaramente che siamo fortunati a poter prendere l'autobus. Nessun rimborso. Ho chiamato prima con questo operatore per verificare che la prenotazione online fosse stata registrata. Non ho avuto problemi con altre compagnie. Per questo sono rimasta molto delusa quando mi hanno detto che non riuscivano a trovare la mia prenotazione e che non c'erano abbastanza posti per il nostro gruppo.

Non c'è un servizio sensato ed è stato molto brutto sapere che non c'era una toilette sull'autobus.
Le molte fermate per i servizi igienici non erano buone per dormire come autobus, perché la stanza è di illuminazione poi.

Laura ML'autobus era più comodo di quanto ci si aspettasse, visti i piccoli "letti matrimoniali", ma il personale a bordo era molto scortese. Si sono fermati solo una volta per una pausa bagno in un viaggio di 12 ore, ma si sono fermati continuamente per raccogliere merci. A un certo punto ho chiesto quando ci sarebbe stata la prossima pausa per la toilette e mi è stato detto 5 minuti, seguito da un sacco di risate, e non c'è stata un'altra pausa per la toilette...

Nancy DI letti erano comodi e il bagno era grande e pulito.
L'unico problema è che abbiamo scelto di proposito un letto che non fosse proprio in fondo per non trovarci vicino al motore, che diventa sempre fastidiosamente caldo, o vicino alla toilette, che può essere rumorosa e puzzolente. Ma la disposizione dei posti a sedere al momento della prenotazione è diversa da quella reale, in quanto c'è un corridoio di letti matrimoniali e un corridoio di letti singoli. Quindi eravamo in fondo e non sono riuscita a dormire, tra il caldo bollente e la gente che sbatteva la porta del bagno accanto alla mia testa per tutta la notte. Voto 4/5 perché sono sicuro che se fossimo stati in un letto diverso avremmo dormito decentemente.

Isis EIl vagone letto andava bene, ma se si viaggia da soli consiglierei di prenotare 2 posti vicini. Il letto è molto piccolo, anche quando si è accanto a qualcuno che si conosce. Consiglio di indossare abiti caldi perché l'aria condizionata era molto fredda!!!

JessicA HLa compagnia CMR è stata davvero ottima, ci ha organizzato una navetta per portarci all'ufficio per lo sleeper bus, l'autista della navetta è stato molto gentile, amichevole e disponibile, tuttavia l'autista vero e proprio che abbiamo avuto ha chiacchierato tutta la notte con la sua amica, e non ha voluto aprire le porte dell'autobus una volta che siamo arrivati, dopo avergli ripetutamente chiesto di farci scendere.

Tim OIl mini-van era stracolmo di persone e bagagli, lo spazio per le gambe era molto ristretto, l'aria condizionata purtroppo non riusciva a raffreddare completamente, il sudore era all'ordine del giorno.
Durante il tragitto c'è stata una sosta per la toilette.

Dorian CIl vantaggio è che non è costoso. Per il resto il servizio è davvero nella media. La cuccetta a due posti è molto stretta: va bene se si viaggia con un amico o un parente, ma dormire da soli accoccolati contro un estraneo non è la cosa più piacevole. Anche le cuccette non sono molto comode. È impossibile regolare o spegnere l'aria condizionata, che funziona a pieno ritmo. La fermata di destinazione ha informazioni molto scarse (nessun indirizzo o coordinate GPS, e se si digita CMR office su Maps, non corrisponde affatto al punto indicato da 12Go). L'autista ha alzato il volume della radio, rendendo impossibile dormire. E il personale non ti avverte nemmeno quando stai per scendere, anche se stai dormendo. Da evitare!

Max NL'Hotel Bus è una bella opzione (forse una delle più belle) per viaggiare durante la notte. I letti sono comodi e di buona lunghezza. Se si viaggia da soli, onestamente non lo farei. È un letto piccolo e stare sdraiati l'uno accanto all'altro per oltre 10 ore è un po' strano e scomodo. Per coppie o persone che viaggiano insieme lo consiglio!

Despite of the delay the driver did many breaks, one of them for a dinner.

Rebecca WI got on the ferry from Koh Rong at 9am- 30 minutes early, this journey was smooth sailing and arrived onto the mainland at around 10:30. I found the booking office where I was met by the guy saying I would have to wait until 12:45 for the bus to Siem Reap- 2 hours away! There had be nothing mentioned when booking about having to wait for the buses or any timings for the day. If I had known I would have had to wait I would not have gotten a ferry so early, as no time was saved! The mini van arrived at around 12pm and the 4 of us got on it, it was comfy enough. The mini van repeatedly stopped for no reason, we picked up and dropped of random passengers throughout. We arrived into Phnom Penh at 4pm at the bus office, minimal English was spoken by the staff so I was very confused as to when the bus to Siem Reap would be considering I was meant to arrive to Siem Reap at 6:30pm. A family car then arrived to take me, the drivers were lovely but spoke no English so I was extremely confused as to why we kept on stopping and picking up/ dropping off others the whole way. At one point there were 9 people in a 7 seater car! It was definitely a unique and local experience, we stopped for food at around 9pm. We arrived into Siem Reap at 11pm, so 5 hours after the said time of arrival! I have no idea how a car was the transport to take me considering I was told it would be a sleeper bus. Just be prepared for the journey to take a lot longer than expected and feel very confused the whole time.

Giovanni TIf you feel like experiencing Asian style van with chickens and scooter at the back, plus a couple of hours delay on schedules, then it’s definitely worth the trip. Overall I had fun though …or spend few extra bucks and get a proper van company who’s reliable. Enjoy Asian and don’t expect anything just embrace the moment 🙃

HANNAH EComfortable bus and nice staff. The bus even had a plug socket which would take my 3-pin British plug.
However, the website said the journey would only take 4.5 hours. This was unrealistic since most companies say 5.5 hours for the same journey, and this bus was much slower than other companies because it stopped a lot more times. During the first half of the journey, we stopped about every 15 minutes to pick up passengers or pick up things for delivery. Because of this, the journey took about 7 hours.

Tabitha DThis ride was uncomfortable, poorly planned and overpacked. There was probably 20 people in a 10 seater van, someone was on a plastic chair for one seat and there were packages on our bus. We also arrived over 6 hours later than they said before we booked. Do not recommend this company - avoid at all costs. We also had to swap vans in Phnom Penh which was not communicated to us in any way. It was a 10 hour journey and we didn’t stop anywhere where we could buy any food or drink, on the 2 times we did actually stop. When exiting the vehicle, everyone was climbing and clambering over each other because the van was so packed.

Tal Rnot on time, a million stops along the way and arrived two hours late to our destination. van filled with flies and very hot. The driver did an accident during the drive and also took a wrong turn that added 45 mins to our journey. They don’t speak English very well and they don’t reply on WhatsApp.

Fleur VThey advertised with 9 hours, it was 13…. First we went with the boat, that was fine. We came to the officie but nobody was there evertything closed. Without further information… luckly at 08:00 AM a driver came at took us to the head station. From there we went to phnom penh. With trafic, and a transfer to another bus (20 min waiting). Then to the next officie. Driver said nothing got out, then we wait for 20 minutes, nothing. So i got out, asked the driver, he said another 10 min waiting for people. Those 10 minutes were again 20+ minutes. After being 1,5 hours in phnom penh with all the waiting we went to siem reap. From 06:30 til 19:30, a bummer when they said the arrival time would be 15:30… but the bring you from A to B. Longer than expected and with mosquitos and cockroches in the car…

Instead, we made multiple stops with absolutely no communication, with the drivers stopping off for food, doing some sort of deliveries and repairs. At one point we stopped every 6 minutes for an hour. This would have been fine if we were actually informed but instead we were left not knowing just sitting on a standstill vehicle ( at one point we stopped for 50 minutes with no idea when we would leave). To top it off, we had baby cockroaches and adult cockroaches in our bed bunker and also the hallway.
