Johannes OHo anche dovuto stampare il voucher in una tipografia al primo piano per ottenere un biglietto d'imbarco dalla biglietteria del secondo piano 4. Anche trovare questi due posti non è stato un compito rapido. Non è mai stato così difficile salire su un autobus per il quale si è già pagato il biglietto in anticipo.

TIONG YArrivo al Pitx Livello 2 Stand 4 per prendere il mio biglietto, ma al bancone mi hanno detto di andare al piano di sotto e stampare il voucher PDF da inviare alla mia e-mail. Il servizio di stampa ha richiesto 150 Peso per la stampa. Sono andato alla reception del Pitx per avere conferma e sono stato assistito dal loro personale per parlare con il banco del servizio autobus. A quanto pare non abbiamo bisogno del PDF stampato e il ragazzo del servizio autobus si è rifiutato di darci il nostro biglietto fino a quando il personale PITX non li ha affrontati. Forse c'è qualcosa di losco tra il ragazzo del servizio autobus e la tipografia, chi lo sa. In ogni caso, abbiamo confermato con altri passeggeri e ci è stato detto che non era necessario stampare il voucher PDF in cambio del biglietto vero e proprio. Inoltre l'autobus è partito alle 15.30 e non alle 15.00.

Beth ML'orario di partenza indicato nel sito web non era preciso. L'orario di partenza dovrebbe essere alle 6 del mattino, ma è partito già alle 9 e più. L'arrivo dovrebbe essere alle 4 del giorno successivo, ma sono arrivato già alle 4 del pomeriggio. Inoltre, prima di prenotare non era specificato che non era inclusa la tassa di imbarco. Il totale che ho pagato online era di 2.417, ma poi quando sono arrivato al porto di Batangas mi hanno fatto pagare altri 930,00 php.

Sir IIt was expensive. According to the conductor, when they saw the price of my online it was a little more expensive compared to when you buy the ticket at the bus terminal. Likewise, there were separate payment for each ferry. And we got many delays. So from Cubao to Cebu City, we had an accumulated time of 45 hours of travel. Very long travel hours. ARBHIEROSE D6am on the online, so we arrive early as 4am. But the departure time is 11am! 😡 Online booking is way more expensive. It should be a 1 way trip however because of the delay we have no choice but to go inter island from batangas port to calatagan mindoro port to roxas mindoro port. The trip makes you feel exhausted. Better to book flight than to go on roro boat trip.

Gabor BBus was comfy, only left 20min late arrived on time. Printing the voucher seems utterly useless and wasteful. The driver/ticket inspector could have just looked at my phone to confirm my booking. The person at the help desk refused to print my voucher. There's a printing shop just at the corner where you can print (around 10pesos). Allow extra time for that.

Rouel LThe bus has a very limited baggage capacity. The trip took 3-4 hours since the bus stopped at Lipa, Tanauan. And Sto Tomas. I arrived at the bus station before 12:30, and the bus is already full. I have to wait and carry my baggage bags since there is no nice place or even chairs to sit down while waiting for the next bus. The bus left past 1.
