Beatrice PArrivati a destinazione, però una lentezza infinita in tutto. Mezz’ora in auto ad aspettare passeggeri che non si trovavano, van strapieno di persone e bagagli, tanto che due persone non hanno voluto salire.
Abbiamo chiesto di farci lasciare in una zona vicino all’hotel, che era fuori dalla zona consentita, ma hanno insistito per lasciarci in centro. Insomma, va bene soltanto per risparmiare.

MATTIA VKong è un autista davvero professionale e disponibile. ci ha prelevato dal nostro hotel nell’orario accordato, è stato puntualissimo. ci ha fatto fare due soste, soddisfacendo le nostre necessità. infine ci ha accompagnato fino al porto e ci ha aiutato a fare il check-in per Koh Tao. Marc GSiamo stati prelevati circa 15 minuti dopo la scadenza, il che è normale qui, quindi non fatevi prendere dal panico! Altrimenti chiamate il numero verde a un certo punto.
Abbiamo viaggiato in un minibus con aria condizionata e abbiamo fatto una pausa bagno di 10 minuti in una stazione di servizio.
Siamo arrivati circa 30 minuti dopo e l'autista ha guidato un po' velocemente ma in modo sicuro. Il viaggio è sicuramente consigliato :)

James HIl trasferimento è andato bene. Il minibus era comodo, l'autista era discreto e siamo arrivati a destinazione più o meno nel tempo previsto (tre ore).
L'unico problema è stato che il prelievo è avvenuto con circa mezz'ora di ritardo rispetto alle nostre aspettative (eravamo una delle ultime coppie ad essere prelevate).
Non abbiamo ricevuto alcuna comunicazione dall'operatore prima, quindi quando è passato l'orario previsto per il ritiro abbiamo dovuto chiamarli per sapere dove fossero. Ma nel complesso è andato tutto bene e lo useremo di nuovo

Jens MIl trasferimento è stato ottimo e confortevole. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi e l'autista è arrivato puntuale all'hotel e ha guidato con molta attenzione. Ha anche fatto una pausa bagno in una stazione di servizio. Siamo arrivati al nostro alloggio a Ko Lanta in modo relativamente puntuale. Non ci sono stati costi aggiuntivi per noi. Lilli ML'autista è arrivato al nostro hotel con 20 minuti di anticipo, ma per fortuna noi eravamo già lì. È stato molto gentile e ha fatto una sola sosta in bagno. Aveva anche uno stile di guida molto responsabile. L'auto era confortevole e aveva abbastanza spazio per i nostri bagagli, solo l'aria condizionata avrebbe potuto essere più fresca - faceva piuttosto caldo. Abbiamo raggiunto Koh Lanta alle 14:30 perché abbiamo dovuto aspettare mezz'ora per il traghetto.
Non abbiamo dovuto pagare un extra per essere accompagnati al nostro hotel a Koh Lanta - era tutto compreso.
Potremmo sicuramente prenotare di nuovo questo viaggio :)!

Laura SAbbiamo prenotato un trasferimento dall'hotel di Ao Nang all'hotel di Koh Lanta. A Koh Lanta, il nostro autista si è fermato in un'agenzia e ci hanno detto che dovevamo pagare altri 100 BHT a persona per farci portare all'hotel. Un altro ospite del bus ha dovuto pagare addirittura 200 BHT. Questo non era stato menzionato nella prenotazione!

Monir K**Very Poor Driver Attitude & Unprofessional Service – 1/5 ⭐**
I am very disappointed with the driver's attitude and behavior during this transfer.
I was informed of the available pickup times and **specifically selected 3:00 PM**. However, the driver arrived at approximately **2:40 PM** and immediately started rushing us, showing an angry and irritated attitude. I calmly told him that we would be ready by the selected pickup time of 3:00 PM and that there was no need to worry. Instead, he told me that I should have been standing by from **2:30 PM**.
If the driver expected passengers to be ready at 2:30 PM, this should have been clearly communicated in advance. It is unreasonable to select a 3:00 PM pickup time and then pressure passengers for not being ready 30 minutes earlier.
The driver's attitude throughout the journey from **Phuket to Krabi** was also extremely unpleasant. Whenever we encountered traffic jams or traffic signals, he repeatedly **hit/slammed the steering wheel in frustration**. This was very uncomfortable to witness as a passenger and made me question his professionalism and emotional control while driving.
I also noticed that **one of the seats in the front row was damaged**. However, this was not a major concern for us because **we were the only two passengers travelling as a couple**, so we had enough space and it did not affect our comfort significantly. I am mentioning it only as an additional observation about the condition of the vehicle.
Overall, the biggest issue was **not the vehicle condition but the driver's attitude, lack of professionalism, and the way he treated us as passengers**. A professional driver should be respectful, patient, and calm, especially when transporting passengers on a long journey.
**I would give the driver 1/5 and strongly recommend that the company investigate this driver's behavior and provide proper customer-service and professional driving training.**
I do appreciate the **Phuket-to-Krabi transfer service itself**, as the service is convenient and useful for travelers. However, the driver represents the company, and this kind of attitude can seriously affect the customer's overall experience and confidence in the service.
I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and ensures that future passengers receive a much more professional and respectful experience.

Irina KThe communication with support was quite confusing - I bought a ticket from Koh lanta - to Phuket with a transfer from my hotel which was a bit out of the area and I had to pay extra. Ivy Mi’m a solo female traveler, and i ended up being the only one on the transfer van! i felt super safe the entire time, we stopped for a toilet break halfway through, and the driver got snacks and got some fruit for me too :) pick up was right on time, and we even arrived a bit early. the seats were comfortable and reclined almost the whole way back. very lovely driver!

Lasse FOur transfer was really relaxed. We were picked up from the hotel on time and then driven to Krabi. The minibus was full, but the driver was really nice; however, we had to pay a surcharge of 300 baht as our hotel wasn’t within the service area. The driver had forgotten to collect the 300 baht from us, though. The company then hounded me and called me several times. Even at 10 pm at night – that’s just rude.
